HISTORY OF CITRONICS
Year – 2009-10 & 2010-11
Year – 2012-13
During 2009-10 and 2010-11 the state level technomanagement fest CITRONICS was sponsored by
MPCST, Bhopal and UCO Bank, Indore in which
more than 3000 students from 100 different
Techno Management colleges of M.P. had
participated in 20 different competitions. The
overall champion of the event was the host
institution (CDGI)
• State Level (Madhya Pradesh)
• Total No. of Teams :250.
• No. of Teams from Indore : 180
• No. of Teams from rest of MP:70
• No. of Participants : 3000
• List of Cities with Major Participation: Indore,
Ujjain, Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Mandsaur.

After successful completion of ROTOMACCITRONICS-2011, the mega event was also
organised in 2012-13. The main Sponsored
by Bank of India and co-sponsors by MPCST
Bhopal and AAKG Group Nagpur other
sponsored by Edosquare, Step-up Dance,
Bonton, Abacus, Charak Hospital and
Chocolate Room. Participation by students
from other states in this edition of
CITRONICS was quite encouraging and
again this time the host institution emerged
as the winner and SVITS Indore was the
runner up.

Year – 2011-12
The success of the two state level events
encouraged us to organize CITRONICS at National
level. During 2011-12, sponsored by ROTOMAC and
Co-sponsored by MPCST Bhopal. There were
around 23 techno-management events conducted
and more than 4500 students from 6 different
states participated. The overall champion of the
event was CDGI and the runner up team was IIMET
Jaipur (Rajasthan).

Year – 2013-14
CITRONICS-2014, A national level mega
event was organized in CDGI campus from
11th March to 14th March, 2014.
The show stopper events were, Robo Race,
Robo War, Call Of Duty, Random Robotics,
Electronics Junkyard, Photography, CADD
champion, Mind over Mechanics and Funky
Selling Ideas.
More than 75 college from 6 states
participated in this mega event. CDGI was
declared the winner. BMIT, JAIPUR and BIT, DURG
were the joint runner up teams.

CITRONICS-2015 organised with new
environment in CDGI campus from 18th March
to 20th March, 2015. Event Co-sponsored by
Computer Society Of India and MPCST Bhopal.
The overall champion of the event was Sanjivani
College of Engineering, Kopargaon.
