Internal-threaded anchor RG MI
The proven bonded anchor with internal thread for non-cracked concrete VERSIONS Chemical fixings Internal-threaded anchor RG MI APPROVALS ▪ zinc-plated steel ▪ stainless steel BUILDING MATERIALS Approved for: ▪ Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, noncracked Also suitable for: ▪ Concrete C12/15, non-cracked ▪ Natural stone with dense structure ADVANTAGES APPLICATIONS FUNCTIONING ▪ The internal threaded anchor RG MI allows for the surface flush removal and reuse of the fixing point. It therefore offers great flexibility. ▪ The metric internal thread allows for the use of standard metric screws or threaded rods for the ideal adaptation to suit the intended use. ▪ The pre-portioned resin capsule is especially economical for individual applications. ▪ The glass particles of the capsule body rough up the drill hole wall during the setting process. This minimises the amount of cleaning required and allows for installation under extreme conditions, for example in water-filled drill holes. ▪ Removable fixings ▪ Temporary fixings, e.g. for machines ▪ Scaffold anchoring ▪ The resin anchor R is suitable for prepositioned installation when combined with the internal threaded anchor RGMI. ▪ The 2-component resin capsule RM contains quick-setting styrene-free vinyl ester resin and hardener. ▪ The internal threaded anchor RGMI is set using a hammer drill and the accompanying setting tool in rotating and hitting motions. ▪ During setting, the oblique edge of the internal threaded anchor destroys the capsule, and mixes and activates the mortar. ▪ The mortar bonds the entire surface of the internal threaded anchor with the drill hole wall and seals the drill hole. http://www.fischer.de/en/ - 02/07/2013 1 Internal-threaded anchor RG MI Chemical fixings TECHNICAL DATA Internal-threaded anchor RG MI Approval galvanized Article name RG 8 x 75 M 5 I RG 10 x 75 M 6 I RG 12 x 90 M8 I RG 16 x 90 M10 I RG 18 x 125 M12 I RG 22 x 160 M16 I RG 28 x 200 M20 I Art.-No. 048221 048222 050552 050553 050562 050563 050564 ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ Drill hole diameter Drill depth = mounting depth do h0 = hs [mm] 10 12 14 18 20 24 32 [mm] 75 75 90 90 125 160 200 Drill hole diameter Drill depth = mounting depth do h0 = hs [mm] 14 18 20 24 32 [mm] 90 90 125 160 200 Fits capsules 50270 RM 8 50271 RM 10 50272 RM 12 50278 RM 14 79838 RM 16 E 79838 RM 16 E 50274 RM 20 Approval A4 Article name RG 12 x 90 M8 I A4 RG 16 x 90 M10 I A4 RG 18 x 125 M12 I A4 RG 22 x 160 M16 I A4 RG 28 x 200 M 20 I A4 http://www.fischer.de/en/ - 02/07/2013 Art.-No. 050565 050566 050567 050568 050569 ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ Fits capsules 50272 RM 12 50278 RM 14 79838 RM 16 E 79838 RM 16 E 50274 RM 20 2 LOADS Resin anchor R with internal threaded anchor RG MI (screw with grade 8.8) Highest permissible loads for a single anchor1) 6) in concrete C20/254).
