STANDARD SERVICE: 4 business days after all approvals.
3-DAY STANDARD DIGITIZING - $12.00 per thousand stitches. Minimum
$50.00. One electronic logo image is provided FREE.
RUSH SERVICE: For rush service on approved logos, add $30.00 (up to 36
pieces/15,000 stitches). For orders above 36 pieces or logos above 15,000
stitches, contact Customer Service. Subject to availability.
EMBROIDERY MINIMUMS: 12 pieces per logo, 12 per style/color. 48 piece
minimum for caps, t-shirts; 12 per style/color. All pricing includes embroidery
up to 10,000 stitches. Orders below minimum subject to a $15.00 fulfillment
fee per logo. Logos above 15,000 stitches subject to additional charges. Orders
less than 12 pieces per style/color, add $1.50 per unit.
EMBROIDERY PRICING: Garment price includes one logo up to 10,000 stitches
& 9 colors. For logos of 10-15 colors add $25.00. For logos above 10,000
stitches, add $.30 per thousand stitches.
ADDITIONAL PLACEMENT: Add $2.50 per logo, per location up to 7,000 stitches.
For logos over 7,000 stitches, add $.30 per thousand stitches.
PUFF EMBROIDERY: Add $1.00 per unit for puff embroidery up to 10,000
stitches. Minimum order 48 pieces.
METALLIC THREAD: Additional charges apply minimum $.75 per logo.

ROYALTIES: Royalties are not included in our pricing. Based on the licensed

$100.00. Orders must be received by 12:00 ET and are subject to availability.
One electronic logo image is provided FREE.
SAME-DAY DIGITIZING - $36.00 per thousand stitches. Minimum $150.00.
Orders must be received by 12:00 ET and are subject to availability. One
electronic logo image is provided FREE.
DIGITIZING INCENTIVE: For orders of 48 pieces or more, digitizing is FREE for
the first 10,000 stitches at standard service. All other charges apply. Maximum
order discount is $120.00. An electronic logo image will be provided, at no
charge, for logo approval.
EDITS & TYPESETTING: $12.00 per thousand stitches, $25.00 minimum. Stock

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED EMBROIDERY FILES: Vantage will use your embroidery
files as submitted with no set-up charge. We are not responsible for quality
of logos not digitized by Vantage. A swatch is recommended for first time
use on any fabric. See swatch services for applicable prices. One electronic
logo image is provided FREE. Logos requiring revisions will incur additional
charges of $100.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $50.00.
SWATCH SERVICES: First-time customers receive a FREE swatch on their

PRODUCT INFORMATION
SHIPPING
UP-CHARGES FOR BIG & TALL SIZES: $3.00 for 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. Talls
are $2.00 additional. T-shirts add $2.00 for 3XL and 4XL.
DOMESTIC: All orders ship UPS Ground. Additional charges apply for
expedited service.
SIZING INFORMATION: Refer to the Vantage catalog for sizing
guidelines.
HANDLING: $4.95 per address minimum plus freight charges will be
added to each invoice. Please contact Customer Service for additional
information.
BLANK GOODS: Blank products should be inspected and verified
against packing slip prior to decorating. Decorated garments are not
returnable. Deduct $2.75 for blank goods.
VOLUME INQUIRIES: You may mix styles/colors to obtain volume
pricing. For orders of 150 pieces or more, contact Customer Service.
CUSTOM INQUIRIES: Global sourcing is available through our
VantageDirect program for as few as 300 pieces. Contact Customer
Service for pricing and program parameters.
IN-HOUSE DESIGN SERVICES
SHORTEN-A-SLEEVE: Shorten the sleeves on any Vantage woven shirt
style. Minimum order 24 pieces per style/color. There is an additional
charge of $1.25 per garment for this service. Contact customer service
for pricing on orders of 150 pieces or more.
ADD-A-POCKET: Add a right or left chest patch pocket to any Vantage
knit shirt style. Minimum order 24 pieces per style/color. There is
an additional charge of $1.50 per garment for this service. Contact
customer service for pricing on orders of 150 pieces or more.
CUSTOM CORD-INATE DRAWCORD: Customize our stock fleece with a
cord-inate drawcord. Minimum order 24 pieces. There is an additional
charge of $1.00 per garment for this service. See catalog page 30 for
stock cord-inate colors.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
CONTRACT EMBROIDERY: Vantage offers embroidery services on
customer supplied products in our CA, MO and NJ facilities. For
pricing and policies, please refer to our Contract Decoration price list.

CONTRACT SCREEN PRINTING: Vantage offers screen printing
services in our NJ facility on customer supplied garments. For pricing

CONTRACT DIGITAL PRINTING: Vantage offers digital printing services
in our NJ facility on customer supplied garments. For pricing and policies,

DROP SHIP & FULFILLMENT: For orders with 5 or more addresses, in
addition to handling charge, add $.25 per unit for sorting and pack out.
EXPORT SHIPMENTS: Many products that have been imported
into the U.S. cannot be exported to other countries. It is the
customer’s responsibility to check with their freight forwarder
to confirm foreign documentation requirements and verify that
items to be exported will be released by customs at the final
destination. Vantage is not responsible for clearance of our
products into the country of destination. Vantage must
be notified in advance on all export orders and a signed
overseas shipment agreement must be on file prior to order
processing. All international shipments (except Canada and US
territories) will be assessed a $25.00 documentation fee.
F.O.B.: New Jersey.
POLICIES & TERMS
TERMS: Net 30 to rated accounts. Interest charge is 1.5% per month on
all past due invoices. Payment in U.S. Dollars. Add 2% for credit card
transactions.Prices subject to change without notice. Orders will not
be processed for any account 60 days past due. Shipment of orders is
subject to credit approval. Any account 90 days past due will be placed
for collection.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Orders are considered final 30 days
after receipt and/or 2 weeks prior to ship date. Changes/Cancellations
cannot occur without Vantage approval and are subject to a minimum
20% restocking fee.
OVERAGES: Vantage makes every effort to ship exact quantities but
reserves the right to ship and invoice overages of less than 4 pieces or
up to 3% of the total ordered units.
RETURN POLICY: Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by our factory Return Authorization Number (RA). RA’s
must be obtained within 45 days. There is a 20% restocking
fee on blank goods returned within 45 days. Samples may be
returned within 45 days with no restocking fee. Spec samples are not
returnable.
GRAPHIC ARTS: Vantage’s full-service Graphic Arts Department offers
creative logo design, presentation sheets, flyers, custom catalog
programs and more. $50.00 per hour, $25.00 minimum.
STANDARD PACKAGING: All embroidered and laser etched
apparel items are folded and polybagged FREE. Screen printed
items are bulk packed in printer’s fold. Individual folding
for screen printed items is available for $.30 each. Special
packaging, hangtags, stickers, labels and price ticketing services also
available. Contact Customer Service for details.
PRIVATE LABELING: Vantage offers two types of private labeling
services. Pricing may vary based on artwork. Woven Labels: Design,
production and application of 288 woven labels starts at $450.00.
Customers may also supply their own labels. There is a $.50 per unit
application charge for customer supplied labels. Minimum order to
apply is 24 pieces. Heat Seal Labels for Tagless Vansport™ Items:
Design, production and application of 288 transfer labels with up
to 2-colors starts at $300.00. Minimum order to apply is 24 pieces.

SUPPLIED ARTWORK:
Vector Line Art is preferred in .EPS, .AI or .PDF formats. (type must be converted to
outlines to avoid font substitutions)
High Resolution Raster Art is also accepted in layered .PSD, .TIF or .JPG formats (at
least 300 dpi, true to size)
We currently use Illustrator and Photoshop. All text should be converted to outlines to
avoid font substitutions. *If art of these types are not available, Vantage can redraw
as needed at an additional cost of $50.00 per hour; $25.00 minimum. Additional time
may apply.
