Director Maria Criselda R. Sy.
In her opening remarks, Executive Director Sy emphasized the
importance of working together

spirit. “Our sincerest goal in
conducting teambuilding is for us
to know ourselves more than the
usual work-related dealings,” says

divisions of the organization.

Personal factor includes competencies, worklife balance, and health and

DED Damo underscored out
the importance of taking care
of the most important asset of
any organization which is its
people.
Management should
adopt a policy of transparency and open communication.
She emphasized the importance of adopting an “open
door policy” to encourage
employees to communicate
problems/issues with management.
The compensation,
wage and benefits are also
big motivators. DED Damo
encouraged everyone to keep
in touch with the Regional
Tripartite Wages and Productivity (RTWPBs) about
minimum wages, gainsharing

improvement trainings that
can boost worker and enterprise productivity.
In closing, DED
Damo emphasized that taking care of the employees “is
