There are 2 water heaters installed; 1 electric for the kitchen and dishwasher, and 1 for the bathrooms/showers and laundry. A reverse osmosis water system for the kitchen and a larger filter system for the rest of the home maintains the purity of the water, which is supplied by a common city system. A beach shower is included. The living room is furnished with Lazyboy leather couch, reclining love seat and large recliner as well as a 55 inch Visio LCD TV with internet capabilities. There is much art work including Amazon paintings by noted Brazilian artist Takebuyashi. Additionally there is a china cabinet with Mikasa china service for 16 and curio cabinet included. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen Tempurpedic adjustable bed, 50 inch Sony LCD TV, cherry dresser and nightstands. Also a home office computer station, leather office chair, Brother fax/printer/scanner and full office supplies are included. An attached bathroom is en suite. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and dressers and 1 has bathroom with lavatory, sink and shower. There are 4 air conditioning units in this home: the living room has a 24,000 BTU unit, the Master Bedroom has a 12,000 BTU unit and each guest bedroom has a 9,000 BTU unit. The 3 bedroom units are split and whisper quiet. Ceiling fans throughout. Sanitation is handled by a new 4 cell septic system. The Coco Beach community is a serene, tranquil, relaxing and safely hidden away from the busy schedule and pressures of everyday life. The gated community has 24 hour secure entry, parking, swimming pool, club house and tennis court. Many find a dependable vehicle is a welcome addition. Additional notes from home owner: This house was built for the lot owner and was a 2 bedroom box with minimal options. I have almost doubled the size and totally re-did most of the facilities as well as total landscaping. The work that has been done vastly improved the house and property. Most who saw it before, can't believe it now! Example: The kitchen is 18 x 11 at nearly 200 square feet and has a large granite island with cooktop/oven built-in. It has 18 drawers and 12 cabinets. Just the woodwork inside the home has cost $20,000 and is the best quality of wood available. I replaced all the doors, added shelves and cabinets. Also the appliances and furniture are imported from the USA and not even available in Ecuador. The quality is way above the Chinese stuff that is available. The potential buyer for this would be those who value the beachfront lifestyle or a company/group who want a splendid vacation villa for their executives/employees. This is a great value for anyone to live in or as a parttime get away. The master bedroom is 21 x 13, almost 300 sf. It has a closet with 8 drawers and 5 cabinets. Plus an adjoining bathroom.
