INSIDE THIS ISSUE Thank you to all that, Mother Yarmouth, you are caring for and protecting today and tomorrow for all who live here. I hope that you watched our UMASS Boston Findings report about Age-Friendly Yarmouth. We have stretched the boundaries of the World Health Organization Age-Friendly Community framework and created a broader understanding of all who live, play and work in Yarmouth. We have a lifespan approach! Copies of this report will be posted on our website soon and will be available in hardcopy at the Libraries and in the Senior Center. Necessity is the Mother of all invention. It is out of necessity that new thoughts will continue to emerge to solve the challenges of housing, transportation and employment that affect both our youngest and oldest citizens. We must balance the needs of all age groups to realize our fullest potential as a community. While these challenges may seem large, I am confident that we have access to all the great hearts and minds needed to invent solutions. Innovation is invited and underway everywhere.
