What a great excuse to get together and spend time in
relaxation and conversation with PAMA® cocktails in
hand! Be sure to plan your brunch to leave plenty of
time for you to circulate and enjoy your guests. That
means do-ahead foods and easy serving. A buffet,
featuring casseroles or other foods that are easy to
keep warm or cold would be a great idea.

Champagne Dreams is a PAMA twist on the classic
Mimosa perfect to fit the craving for traditional brunch.
To satisfy those guests looking for more of a lunch, the
PAMA Tea is light and refreshing for anytime.
Champagne Dreams
1 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz. Orange Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
3 oz. Champagne
Assemble the first three ingredients in a cocktail glass with
ice. Slowly pour in the champagne while stirring very gently
to retain the bubbles and chill the mixture. Strain into a
champagne flute and garnish with orange slice and a cherry.
PAMA Tea
1 ½ oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
½ oz. Premium Citrus Vodka
Fresh Brewed Tea
Simple Syrup
Add freshly brewed tea and simple syrup to desired taste.
Garnish with a lime and lemon wedge.
