The 23-Degree RHS™ heads deliver exceptional out-of-the-box performance gains for Small Block Chevrolet applications. Available in aluminum or
cast iron, the RHS™ SBC heads are the optimum choice for a variety of
performance applications including street rods, muscle cars, drag racing and
oval track racing.
Other features include straight or angle spark plugs, bronze guides, multiangled inlet and radius exhaust with ductile iron seats.These heads accept
1.550” springs and standard style rockers and valve train.

SMALL BLOCK FORD WINDSOR
RHS™ advanced engineering, proven performance and unmatched finishing quality is
now available for Small Block Ford Windsor and 5.0-Liter applications. Available in
either cast iron or aluminum, the RHS™ SB Ford Windsor heads offer a choice of
three different intake runner sizes - 180cc, 200cc or 215cc.The 180cc and 200cc
options come with a 2.020” intake valve while the 215cc option comes with a 2.080
intake valve; all options run a 1.600” exhaust valve.The RHS™ SB Ford Windsor head
accepts all original equipment and aftermarket performance parts, making installation
and assembly simple.The results: RHS™ heads offer more horsepower potential than
any other SB Ford cylinder head available.

The RHS™ Honda V-Tec head utilizes advanced airflow and cooling technology
to deliver the most “out of the box” performance available.The unique RHS™
manufacturing process, strict tolerances and superior engineering eliminate the
need for extensive final machining. Ideal for racing or high performance street
applications, the aluminium RHS™ Honda V-Tec head incorporates features such
as a multi-angle seat design, hardened valve seats and improved valve guide
material for maximum Honda V-Tec performance.

of Pro TopLine cylinder heads and the industry’s
largest engineering team, RHS™ now has the most
advanced cylinder heads on the market; providing

Gone are the days of purchasing new cylinder heads
only to discover that extensive final machining is
required for optimum performance. The unique RHS™
manufacturing process and design now ensure better
chamber and runner volumes and improved
port-to-chamber surface transitions. These processes
allow RHS™ to hold extreme tolerences, achieving “as
cast” standards that weren’t possible in the past. All of
this translates into more power for your engine, without
the extra machine work you had to do in the past.
At RHS™ we know that you can’t see nor can you fix a
problem in your water jackets, so we paid special
attention to the design and manufacturing processes
that affect this area. By improving the water
chamber’s flow we are able to reduce “hot spots” and
heat buildup in the head, allowing our heads cooler
operating temperatures throughout for better
performance & HP.
