Shiva

The Shiva™ is an original Al Mar design and is the first tactical fixed
blade we’ve ever made with a laminated VG-10 stainless steel blade.
Laminating the VG-10 between two layers of 400 series stainless
steel increases the lateral strength of the blade by upwards of 30%
and does so without increasing the weight or bulk. The Shiva™ has a
beautiful tapered tang, contoured and polished black Micarta scales,
satin stainless guard and a full grain traditional black leather sheath. It
is the finest quality tactical fixed blade we’ve
ever made.

™
New for 2013 – the Eagle Heavy Duty with Earth/brown scales has the Talon blade in laminated ZDP-189 steel.
ZDP-189 is a powdered metal; with a carbon content of 3% which we heat treat to 64Rc. This makes it one
of the hardest, toughest, high performance steels on the market today. Its edge retention is absolutely
amazing! The New ZDP-189 Eagle HD is also available with International Orange and blue G-10
scales exclusively through The Cutlery Shoppe at www.cutleryshoppe.com
The Eagle Heavy Duty is built for the individual that carries the Eagle Ultralight for their
“EDC” and wants a tougher version with the same features as our SERE 2000. Well
here it is, the all new Eagle “HD” Heavy Duty. The “HD” weighs in at only one
ounce more than the Ultralight™ version, it has skeleton-ized heat treated 400
series stainless steel liners , G-10 scales, adjustable action, dual thumstuds and
our reversible/removable pocket clip system which attaches through the
lanyard hole.
Just as the Eagle Ultralight is very easy to carry and disappears
in your pocket, so does the Eagle Heavy Duty. We took the same
great profile and slim design and added strength and features.

The Eagle, largest in our Classic line is offered in two blade configurations. Both
feature the same double thickness brass liners, stainless steel bolsters (excellent
for engraving), and a lanyard hole. The first is our “Classic” with its full faced flat
ground blade; it is the original blade configuration found on all of our Classic Series
knives featuring a nail nick for opening. The Talon blade model, has a false edge
and dual stainless steel thumstuds. Whichever model you choose, you’re choosing
a knife built for more than a lifetime of use, a knife you can use and pass along for

OUR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY*
All new, “Al Mar” models manufactured since January 1998 carry our limited
lifetime warranty. This warranty covers materials and workmanship for the life of
the knife. This warranty is to the original owner of the knife only. Al Mar Knives
will, at our option, repair or replace any knife covered by this warranty that we
have determined to be defective. The owner must return the knife with a copy of
the original bill of sale or other satisfactory proof of purchase that includes the
date of purchase. This limited lifetime warranty specifically does not cover abuse,
neglect, misuse or lack of maintenance. Broken blade tips are specifically not
covered by our warranty. A broken tip is the most common form of abuse. Any
modifications and/or disassembly will void this warranty. Only authorized Al Mar
Knives personnel can make warranty determinations on our products. Please visit
www.AlMarKnives.com for warranty repair return instructions. Automatic knives
are not covered by our lifetime warranty.
