RETAIL AND CLASSIFIED RATES
A. All retail, insert and classified advertising
dollars invested with the Daily News apply
toward fulfillmentof signed annual volume

credited toward fulfillment by the following
formula: all advertising dollars will be
divided by the contract rate in effect at the
time of insertion. It is understood by the
advertiser that if a contract is not fulfilled
during the period specified in the rate card,
the advertiser will pay the Daily News the
difference between the rate granted and the
rate which should have applied during the
term of such agreement. Annual volume rate
determined by dollars committed. No rebates.
Rate lowered monthly after higher level
achieved at the request of the advertiser.
B. Conditions, rates, rules or regulations not
set forth or described in this rate card, or in

advertisement which contains errors, and
re-publication or adjustment will be made
for that amount of space in the next available
issue. Claims for adjustment must be within
seven (7) days of publication. Every effort
will be made to prevent the omission
of an advertisement or a portion of an
advertisement, but should omission occur, the
Palatka Daily News will assume no liability or
financial responsibility for the omission.
