a. Save the *.msi and *.inf in a suitable folder
b. Double-click CouCou_wLink _Setup.msi to install.
2. For install .inf “ccxxxx_usb_edc”, search the drivers by the following steps:
a) Connect the Prodigy BLT4 USB Dongle to the windows PC
b) Open “Control Panel”
c) Select “Hardware and Sound”
d) Select “Device Manager” which is under “Devices and Printers”

a) Select "Driver" and the "Update Driver"
b) Choose "Browse My Computer for Driver Software"
c) Click "Browser". Navigate to the folder where the driver as been copied
and click "Next".
NOTE: Automatic Search won't work for the TI USB Dongle.

NOTE: For choosing device manager, we can also follow the below steps:
- Right click of "Computer" button - Choose "Properties" - System windows will
open - Choose "Device Manager" from the Left side panel.
User may encounter signature issue during USB driver update. Follow below steps:
- Move mouse pointer to right side of the desktop, a screen will pop up Choose "Setting" - select " Change PC setting”
- For WIN8 Home Basic - In "PC setting" select "Update and Recovery" - select
"Recovery"
- For WIN8 PRO - In "PC setting" select "General"
- Select “Restart Now" under Advance Startup.,
- After few min a new window will open - select "Troubleshooting"- select
"Advance option" - click "startup setting" and "Restart". - system will restart
and follow the steps.

2. Com Settings
a. Connect the Prodigy BLE4 USB Dongle to the USB port on your PC
b. Choose the COM PORT name from the drop down box.
i. NOTE: Check COM port for Prodigy Dongle per device manager.
ii. Click “CONNECT” Button, The com port connection is established.
iii. Click cancel to terminate the com port connection.

a. Click the “SCAN” button, automatically the CouCou device with BT enable
will be detected in the drop down box.
b. Choose the CouCou device and click “CONNECT” button. BT connection
will be established.
c. For terminating the BT connection, click the “TERMINATE” button
d. For testing, click the “LED BLINK” button, check the whether the LED is
blinking the CouCou device.
4. LCD Customization
Use the text field under the LCD Customization for changing the
i. Event
ii. Company Name
iii. User Name
iv. User Type
5. Coucou setting
a. BT Unique Name
i. Change the BT name of the connected CouCou
1. Updated BT name visible during next re-connection of
device.
b. P2P data
i. Enter NFC data-string for CouCou to exchange during P2P.
ii. Clear NFC data-string stored earlier within the CouCou
c. Date and Time setting
i. Sync CouCou with System clock of your PC
ii. Manual set the date and time on CouCou
