Kirusa Acquires Cooltok
Kirusa has acquired the business of Cooltok (also known as Plusray). As a result of this
transaction, Kirusa has acquired all the technology, workforce, and intellectual
property of Cooltok. The Cooltok team, based in Bangalore, and led by Founder and
CEO, Sreenivas Karanam, has extensively worked on mobile messaging apps for
smartphone platforms, and shares Kirusa's vision for a mobile connected world. The
Cooltok team, including the CEO, and co-founders Prakash Kaja and Thomas
Mathew, has joined Kirusa's office in Bangalore.

Enhancing InstaVoice App
InstaVoice launched on iOS in Ghana; new features in line
InstaVoice released its much anticipated iOS update for Apple Iphone users.
InstaVoice is now available for download on Apple App Store in Ghana. This launch will
soon be followed by a release for Indian market. InstaVoice plans to release more
updates and features and upp the app in the near future. Group messaging, pictures,
media, emoticons, activation of AVS and premium features with in-App and carrier
billing, are some of the features to be released in a short span.

Kirusa announced the launch of its exclusive soccer news service, Sports Connect, in
partnership with PERFORM, the owner of Goal, the world's largest digital football brand
that reaches more than 52 million fans per month. Sports Connect will offer daily soccer
news bytes in three leagues, namely; Blackstars Brazil, Super Eagles Brazil and Goal
news from Brazil.
