If one is seeking peace and tranquillity in a
wonderful idyllic location, with the opportunity to renovate a
substantial period farmhouse, then Nether Bainbridge is
the ideal property. Nestling at the end of a farm access
track, shared by the neighbouring farm, the property is on
the easterly slopes of the Lune Valley, with a massive
attraction of about 300meters of fishing on the River Lune.
Inspection of this highly desirable country retreat, between
the Howgill Fells and the River Lune, is strongly
recommended to fully appreciate the undoubted charm, but
most significantly the wonderful opportunity to restore a
farmhouse to suit individual requirements and tastes.
