is a revolutionary new generation of tools for the metal-working
industry. DiamondX® uses a unique technology that allows a high concentration of
diamonds to be solidly bonded to a steel surface for cutting and grinding metal. The
results provide a tool life many times longer than standard abrasives such as aluminum
oxide, zirconia alumina, ceramic, or silicon carbide.

The 24G-DXA2920 series are ideal for weld removal,
pipe beveling and stock removal on all ferrous and nonferrous metals including mild, stainless or alloy steels,

The HARDFACE-DXA0125 wheels feature the ability to
use both sides at the same time for tight spots and close
corners. The Type 1 recessed hub also allows the
operator to grind flat or flush to the work. Use for all
ferrous and non-ferrous metals including mild, stainless or
alloy steels, hard face metal alloys and ceramic.

to replace 1/8 “ thick Type 1 and Type 27 abrasive
wheels for cutting, grinding or a combination of both

steel, ductile iron, etc.

The FOUNDRY-DXA2725 Type 27 wheels are designed
for removal of feeder gates and risers, as well as fettling
excess material from castings. The front of the wheel is
coated for grinding with the edges and part of the
back coated for cutting. One wheel takes the place of
2 different abrasive wheels and cup stones. Use on all
ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

The PIPELINE-DXA2730 wheels are specifically designed
for cutting and grinding joint welds between passes in
pipeline construction, repair and fabrication. They
provide smooth grinding action, fast removal rates with
minimal contact pressure. The PIPELINE-DXA2730 always
holds its edge unlike most abrasive pipeline discs.

The Cutter-DXE0130 DiamondX® Cutter is an all-new
thin diamond blade that replaces .040/45 thin
abrasives. DiamondX® Cutter will cut virtually any
metal including steel and stainless steel.
The DiamondX® Cutter has an amazingly long tool
life. It will make more cuts than 20, 30, 50 or more
abrasive discs, depending on the application. The
labor cost savings from the abrasive wheel
changeovers alone will offset the cost of the

20 to 40 abrasive blades. Cuts all sizes and shapes of
metal, primarily mild steel, rail track, ductile iron, cast iron
and grey iron. For use on portable high speed saws,
stationary metal cutoff saws and foundry swing frame
machines. Cuts dry, wet or with water soluble lubricants.
o Sizes are 16, 18, 20, 24, 26, 28 and 30”.
o Special sizes for large applications are available.
o Arbor sizes for all saws.
o Grit size is 24/30.
