All measurements are in inches.
Unless noted all measurements refer to ½ inch PVC pipe.
None of the drawings in these plans are to scale, pay attention to the measurements listed beside each piece.
These plans do not include a reed which is a necessary item for weaving many weave structures. 12” reeds may
be purchased from Yarn Barn of Kansas ( w ww.yarnbarn-ks.com/ ) and other locations. The reeds for
the Ashford Katie Loom will fit this loom nicely. Shuttles may also be purchased from Yarn Barn and
other locations.
NOTE: The loom pictured in the photos is the prototype and does not exactly match the diagrams of the
finished product.
A = ½ inch PVC “T” connector
B = ½ inch PVC “3-Way” corner
C = ½ inch PVC “L” corner
D = ¾ inch PVC “L” corner
E = ¾ inch PVC “T” connector
4-8 ¼ inch dowel rods (1 per harness)
4 large eye screws
8-16 cup hooks large enough to hold the dowel rods (2 per harness)
8-16 metal rings to fit over the ½ inch PVC (2 per harness)
8-16 “D” rings with key chain jump ring (2 per harness)
