EN Greater diversity with HT zirconia. Multi-indicative, highly aesthetic, reliable. Ceramill Zolid – HT zirconia for all requirements Ceramill Zolid is a highly translucent, multi-indicative zirconium oxide used for fully anatomical and anatomically reduced frameworks. Its high translucency with long-term stability sets Ceramill Zolid apart from other dental ceramics. The special feature of Ceramill Zolid – it is not a single product but much more of a complete system comprising material and methods for guaranteed, interference-free and aesthetic restorations. The integrated range of zirconium oxide blanks, staining and colouring solutions was designed to be compact and clear to ensure process reliability, without restricting the diversity of customisation options. 3 Aesthetics and reliability without compromise. THE digital system solution for zirconium oxide restorations. MATERIAL White and pre-coloured zirconium oxide (Preshades) used for monolithic and reduced restorations. Material-friendly sintering at 1450 °C – guarantees natural translucency with long-term stability. (for Ceramill Zolid Classic) Colouring liquids for the immersion and brush techniques as well as stains and glaze porcelains for aesthetic customisation. FUNCTION Digitisation without “loss of function” for a perfect occlusal design – indispensible for preventing high spots. 4 Ceramill Zolid is the digital solution for fully anatomical and anatomically reduced zirconium oxide restorations that provides the user with aesthetics and reliability without compromise. For this the Ceramill Zolid system includes translucent zirconium oxide, colouring liquids and stains as well as preshaded translucent zirconium oxide coupled with the virtual articulator and DFP method, which are indispensible components for fabricating interference-free restorations. METHOD DFP „Digital Functional Prosthetics“ Design strategy and method for fabricating interferencefree restorations using the Ceramill CAD/CAM system. TEMPLATE Library teeth designed by Knut Miller – a high-quality, aesthetic functional basis and also “accelerator” for designing restorations made from Ceramill Zolid and other CAD/CAM materials. _ Fabricate fully anatomical and reduced zirconium oxide restorations efficiently in-house _ Complete system of material and method guarantees accurately fitting restorations without grinding in _ Shade stability thanks to accurate staining process or preshaded blanks _ Process reliable and efficient 5 Highly translucent, aesthetic with long-term stability Ceramill Zolid Classic enables highly aesthetic final results with relatively little customisation. It can be used for fully anatomical or anatomically reduced restorations. Restorations fabricated using Ceramill Zolid Classic are impressive due to their light dynamics, in-depth effect and natural aesthetics. Milled restorations are customised in the pre-sintered state using Ceramill Liquid colouring liquids. This “foundation” forms the aesthetic basis for further processing using the Ceramill Stain & Glaze stains / glaze porcelains and commercially available veneering porcelains for zirconium oxide. Ceramill Liquids colouring solutions were specially developed for use with Ceramill Zolid Classic and enable easy, reproducible and accurate staining in the 16 VITA classical tooth shades. _ Highly translucent with long-term stability due to a material-friendly sinter temperature at 1450 degrees _ Wide range of indications and customisation options for premium aesthetics _ Colouring solutions developed meticulously and specific to the material ensure reproducible, accurate staining _ Compact, clear shade concept for highly aesthetic results with minimal effort Process steps with Ceramill Zolid Classic restorations Design and occlusal contour Milling Staining Sintering Build-up e. g. Creation 6 Staining Efficient way to natural aesthetics Cost-effective, yet aesthetic results can be achieved using Ceramill Zolid Preshades. The industrially preshaded blanks are directly sintered without staining and are used as monolithic restorations or as a basis for a customised, aesthetic restoration. Ceramill Zolid Preshades are available in 3 shade gradations and cover 80 % of the most commonly used tooth shades (A2, A3, B2, B3) in the laboratory. Other dentine shades in the A1 – B3 range can be produced in conjunction with the stains and glaze porcelains of the Ceramill Stain & Glaze Kit. Much lighter (Bleach) tooth shades can be achieved using the additional Ceramill Zolid Preshade Bleach blanks. Restorations can be further customised using Ceramill Stains to achieve even better aesthetics. _ Homogeneous preshaded blanks ensure shade stability _ Process reliability thanks to simplified workflows _ High efficiency – quick, cost-effective use _ Saving in time and money – no staining of Ceramill Zolid Preshades using Ceramill Liquids required _ Industrial manufacture guarantees homogeneous staining Process steps with restorations using Ceramill Zolid Preshades Design and occlusal contour Milling Sintering Build-up Staining e. g. Creation 7 Compact, clear, versatile As little as possible, as much as necessary – Ceramill Liquid colouring liquids in the 16 VITA classical tooth shades and effect shades for occlusal surfaces and the gingival regions for a clear, compact shade concept with unlimited design possibilities for the customisation of Ceramill Zolid Classic restorations. The colours can be applied directly to the restoration without mixing and optimise the workflow in terms of shade stability and efficiency. Ceramill Liquids, which have coordinated processing and material parameters specially developed for Ceramill Zolid Classic, provide maximum aesthetics and efficiency in equal measure. In addition to the conventional dentine shades A-D for the body region, Ceramill Stain & Glaze also contains effect shades for accentuation of selected regions and pink colours for the gingival region. Monolithic restorations, in particular, gain brilliance, light dynamics and translucency through customisation using the Ceramill Stains and / or Ceramill Glaze. Ceramill Stain Eggshell / Bleach for cusp tips and marginal ridges for increasing the brightness Ceramill Stain Orange for occlusal surfaces and / or cervical region for a warm in-depth effect and staining Ceramill Stain Brown / Dark Brown in the fissures for staining Ceramill Stain Blue / Violet for translucency in the cusp and marginal ridge region Knut Miller Ceramill Stain dentine shades A-D for the body region Special colours for the gingival region also enable fabrication of restorations with gingival sections.
