To recognize the role of lipids in Preventive Cardiology.

morbidly obese patients.
Understand the medical risks of obese children, describe appropriate screening, and
identify children for whom behavior modification is not enough.
Discuss the different changes that occur during mid life affecting female sexuality.
To discuss the optimal control of diabetes in lieu of recent findings.
Enumerate and understand natural history, effects, advantages and disadvantages of
treatment options of vertebral osteoporotic compression fractures; understand concept,
indications of vertebral augmentation procedures (vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty).
Learn the use of psychiatric genotyping and pharmacologic algorithms of depression.
Diagnose and treat common fungal, bacterial, and viral diseases of the skin.
To learn about the spectrum, diagnosis and treatment strategies of Autoimmune
Neuromuscular Disorders.
To understand, learn, and discuss addiction and chronic pain management.

Recognize the signs of delirium, depression, and dementia, its diagnosis and treatment in
the elderly.
Demonstrate comprehensive approach to high risk diabetic patients; Manage their
diabetic foot. Preserve and protect their feet to maintain and improve their lifestyle
through a multi-disciplinary approach.
