Fiddler’s Hearth strives to use local and regional foods as much as possible. When the use of
locally sourced products is not possible, we find the most sustainable and humanely raised
products available to us. Over the course of the year, we have sourced our fresh produce, meats,

Avocado Spinach Hummus With grilled flatbread triangles and tequila spiked pico de gallo. $8 V
Fried Pickle Chips Pickle chips dredged in corn meal flour and finished in beer batter. Served
with roasted garlic dipping sauce. $7 V
Bushmill’s Smoked Salmon Dip Hot-smoked salmon, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, shallots,
& fresh dill garnished with fresh scallions and served with warm Rosemary Olive Oil bread. $8
Welsh Rarebit Toast topped with Double Gloucester & Welsh rarebit cheese sauce and
baked until bubbly. Served with a smoked tomato & roasted garlic jam. $7 V
Scotch Eggs Two hard boiled eggs wrapped in homemade Scottish sausage made with seasoned
ground lamb & beef, rolled in bread crumbs, deep fried and served with stone-ground mustard. $8
Ploughman’s Plate A Welsh favorite of premium and homemade cheeses , served with traditional accompaniments and a trio of warm rustic breads. $11 V (Add smoked salmon for $6 extra)
Pub Pretzels Soft homemade pretzels served with a side of Welsh rarebit cheese sauce. $7 V
Barbequed Wings Six fried chicken wings tossed in our own Bushmill’s barbeque sauce. $7

Vegetable Pakora Mild, gluten-free fritters made with Indian spices, chickpea flour, tofu, and

greens with our homemade vanilla bean dressing. $8 V GF

Bushmill’s Smoked Salmon Salad Fresh salmon hot-smoked over Bushmill’s Irish whiskeysoaked woodchips. Served on a bed of greens with red onion, roasted red peppers, hardboiled egg,
capers, & a honey lemon dressing. $12 GF
Steak Cobb Salad Sirloin steak, house smoked bacon, avocado, tomato, sweet corn, hardboiled
egg, bleu cheese, and house-made remoulade dressing. $12 GF

Salmon of Knowledge
Ancient Irish legend talks of a magical salmon swimming in the
River Boyne feasting on hazelnuts that would give great powers to whoever
ate of him. Our signature dish is a salmon fillet rolled in crushed hazelnuts,
pan seared and finished in the oven, then topped with béchamel sauce &
capers. Served with colcannon (mashed potato and cabbage) and choice of
vegetable side. $18/$21
Indian Curry Roasted fingerlings, cauliflower, and green beans with saffron rice, tossed in a
green curry sauce. You choose how spicy! $9/$12 V

Pan Seared Grouper Lightly seasoned grouper fillet served over grilled asparagus, shitake
mushrooms, and roasted fingerlings, with a wash of delicate watercress cream on the side, and
choice of vegetable side. $20/$23
Molly Malone Stew Shrimp, scallops, mussels, cod, mushrooms, and barley in a hearty
tomato & white wine base served with warm rustic bread. $13/$16
Bushmill’s Smoked Salmon Our house-smoked salmon (smoked over wood chips soaked in
Bushmill’s Irish whiskey) served with cilantro rice, black bean-mango salsa, and sweet ‘n spicy
citrus chile barbeque. Comes with choice of vegetable side. $18/$21
Pesto Grilled Chicken Boneless skinless grilled breast with basil pesto seasoning, served over
a mounded medley of “spaghetti-cut” vegetables in a roasted corn romesco sauce. $13/$16

Pickled Smoked Pork Chop Large loin chop lightly marinated in pickle juice, briefly smoked,
then finished on the grill. Served over a potato-ancho chili sauté with a tangy remoulade sauce.

Grilled Gaelic Sirloin 10oz cut of choice sirloin topped with a shitake and cognac cream
sauce, served with roasted garlic-peppercorn mash and choice of vegetable side. $19/$22
