On the contact, a records check was conducted on the driver. A misdemeanor warrant appeared on an alias. The driver said she had her identity stolen three years ago and the warrant was not for her. I arrived and conducted a PDA/Global Query check and located four booking photos for the subject. She stated that she had only been arrest once. The photos were carefully checked and only confirmed that the female was lying when we (HPD) noticed a small mole on her neck. This was consistent throughout the photos. The female was arrested and later booked into jail. Without the use of the PDA, the female driver would have been released or HPD would have had to completed a CAL ID check that would have taken a FTO and trainee out of service for one to two hours.
