PIONEERS MADE IN GERMANY
The basis for any success is product excellence. Kaldewei has continually created product milestones and revolutionized the
market. In 1934 we introduced the first freestanding bath in Germany. In 1957 the first “seamless” baths made from a single
sheet of steel were launched. With this technology Kaldewei became the market leader in Germany. Previous to this cast iron
had been dominant. In 1989 Kaldewei introduced TURBO WHIRL, the first “pipe-free” Whirlsystem. In 2009 CONOFLAT celebrated
a premiere as the world’s first absolutely floor-level shower tray with an enamelled waste cover. The company was named “Brand
of the Century” in Germany in 2010, honouring almost a century of pioneering achievements.

Bacteria don’t have a chance to settle on
the smooth, glass-hard surface.

In today’s fast-moving world, a relaxing whirlpool
bath is a moment of inner harmony. You can forget
your worries and experience the pure pleasure of
water with all your senses. The whirl intensity in
the VIVO TURBO ranges from a gentle stimulation
of the sensory hairs to a powerful, large-surface
massage of the skin, subcutaneous tissue and
muscles. The special feature of the VIVO TURBO
is the addition of air, which could be integrated
into the system while maintaining its outstanding
hygienic standards. Individually adjustable whirl
programs round out this complete whirlpool experience.
One of the best counterbalances to the stress of
everyday life is weightless floating in your whirl
bath. In the VIVO VITA whirl system, a pleasant
sparkling air stream flows through the water.
Pre-warmed air rises from the base in tiny air
bubbles. At the same time, numerous bubbles
stimulate the nerve endings in the skin, which
feels like a pleasant full-body massage. This soft
massage has a relaxing and soothing effect on
your mind. In addition, the cleaning effect of the
tiny air bubbles is significantly higher than that of
a conventional bathtub. Whirl intensity can be
smoothly adjusted using the bath keyboard, from
the soft stroke effect to a lasting effect of stimulating vibration and shaking massage.
The VIVO AQUA ECO is a perfect introduction into the
Kaldewei whirl world. In this whirl system, water
massage jets are targeted directly at your body
through four or six nozzles (depending on bath
design). Air can be optionally added to massage jet
after the Venturi principle for a pleasant, massaging
pressure on your skin and base layer. The intensity
of the addition of air can be smoothly adjusted by the
turn knob. In the Vivo Aqua whirl system, water
massage jets are targeted directly at your body
through six or eight nozzles (depending on bath
design). Air can be optionally added to massage jet
after the Venturi principle for a pleasant, massaging
pressure on your skin and base layer. Massage
effect can be smoothly increased by the turn knob
to receive a soft vibratory massage with relaxing
depth effect.
A whirl bath with the VIVO VARIO ECO whirl system
ideally combining the effects of water and air provides the best conditions for relaxation after
stress and sports activities. A pleasant sparkling
flow of air rises upward in tiny bubbles from the
base jets. At the same time, numerous bubbles
stimulate your skin, which feels like a pleasant
full-body massage. These soft strokes have a
relaxing and soothing effect on your mind. At the
same time, the water massage jet from pairs of
jets in the sides is targeted directly at your skin
to relax your muscles and to stimulate the circulation. The VIVO VARIO PLUS whirl system ideally
combines the positive actions of air and water. All
functions are controlled through a comfortable
touch display. The desired effect is reached
thanks to 22 to 24 jets, depending on bath design. While the base jets create a sparkling bubbling effect known as the Kaldewei champagne
effect, the rotating side jets provide a pleasant
massage for the skin and muscles. Eight rotating
side jets intensify massage effect even more
reaching every part of the body. Additional jets,
integrated in the foot reflex and lumbar zones,
provide a relaxing full-body massage.

off and simply let all your cares drift away? With Kaldewei’s multifunctional cushion, this relaxing pleasure becomes reality. The
cushions can be used in three ways. Positioned as a footrest or
under the thighs, they prevent the body from sliding downwards in
larger baths. Positioned as a neck rest they provide a comfortable
support for your head and neck. Placed on the sides they act as an
armrest.

BATH CUSHION
The Kaldewei bath cushion brings another level of
comfort to the bathtub. Its flexibility and soft
materials adapt perfectly to any shape of neck and
bathtub. Its volume can be regulated with an air
valve – similar to an air mattress. The skin-friendly
fabric cover feels delightfully soft and is machine
washable. Generously sized at 50 x 30 cm, this
cushion also supports the shoulder area and
allows a variety of head positions.
The Kaldewei Relax Lounger instantly turns a designer bath into a
small wellness oasis. Relaxing on the fine fabric, you’ll feel as if
you’re lying on the deck of an elegant yacht. In addition to its
design qualities, the Relax Lounger offers a high level of flexibility.
It consists of six elements, two of which are permanently connected
to each other making it possible to use the Relax Lounger as three
separate boards with varying applications: as a shelf while lying in
the bath, or as a mattress to recline on. If the three separate
boards rest on the bathtub together, they can be connected to
create a large stable slip-resistant surface that sits firmly on the
bath. Another connection between the Relax Lounger and bathtub

system is a modern waste concept i.e. the water
outflow on the bottom of the bath opens and closes
at a gentle touch of the valve ball. A wonderfully

combination waterfall spout and “click-clack” is

If you wish to combine aesthetics with a high level of safety, you can
have your bathtub fitted with a Kaldewei Handle. With the many different
handle combinations available for your Kaldewei bath, you’re sure to
find just the right one to fit your specific requirements.
Kaldewei’s anti-slip enamelling is made of a mixture of
quartz and sand, and is burned permanently onto the
surface of the Kaldewei steel enamel 3.5 mm. Its textured
surface provides additional safety when bathing or showering.
The anti-slip coating holds up to years of wear. As an alternative, full anti-slip enamelling over a larger surface area is
also available for almost all baths and shower trays. TÜV
Rheinland has certified anti-slip and full anti-slip from
Kaldewei as slip-resistant in accordance with ratings group
B for wet barefoot areas (DIN 51097).
The Kaldewei Pool Handle makes getting in and out of the bath more
comfortable and safer than ever before. The high design ensures a firm
hold without having to bend down to the edge of the bath.
