Mutus Liber, is one of the iconography of reference in the field of Alchemy, it consists of 15 boards of
drawings alchemical practically without any text, it is the reason of its title "Mutus Liber": the dumb
book.
Only a text appears on page 1 and page 15.
It is supposed that the author would be Altus, anagram of Sulat: it would act Jacob Saulat, sior of Marez,
and that it would have written it at the XVIIème century.

Translation
The book without word, in which however in hieroglyphic figures the totality of the hermetic philosophy,

ok, you "made" me look up the word Domine. I had no idea it refers to a clergyman.
