description
This former sheep farm dating from the 17th century offers a
very romantic sight, and is certainly one of the houses with
the longest history around the Val de Mougins.
The Bergerie was recently lavishly and stylishly restored
using old and vintage materials and at the same time
equipped with modern technology. Today, this charming
house with its rustic and elegant style offers an exceptional
and luxury atmosphere.
The Bergerie is certainly a holiday destination for all seasons
in a peaceful and pleasant residential area. A quiet little
street with no through traffic leads to an old iron gate, which
opens the way into the charmingly landscaped grounds.

Garden level:
 From the spacious entrance hall you enter into the
elegant living room with its large windows,
comfortable sofas, fireplace and TV.
 On the other side of the entrance is the rustic, cozy
Provence family kitchen decorated in the most
captivating “modern country style”. The kitchen is
open and spacious and integrates seamlessly with…
 …the dining area, which has a fantastic open fireplace,
which you can use to heat up the rooms or for
barbequing a steak! Of great convenience is also the
direct access to the terrace for outdoor serving and
meals.
First floor:
A stone staircase leads from the hallway to the airconditioned upper level, entirely dedicated to the:
 Spacious, comfortable master- bedroom with a double
bed, en-suite luxurious bathroom with bathtub,
shower, 2 washbasins and separate toilet and an
adjacent walk-in closet style dressing room.
Ground floor
 For guests who wish to enjoy a little more privacy,
while still being part of the overall facilities the annex
(former garage) is the place to stay. The annex is
tastefully furnished with high quality amenities and
includes:

Two guest bedrooms, which both have direct
garden and pool access. One has a king size
bed, the other bedroom has two individual
beds. The guests of these bed rooms, shares an

attractive bathroom with large shower cabin,
double sink and toilet.

Guest Bedroom, which is a walkthrough room, has
two single beds which when not in use, are folded up
against the wall. The beds are very comfortable. Also
from this room you will have direct access to the pool
and garden area.

La Bergerie is on all levels equipped with under floor heating,
except on the top floor, the Master bedroom area, which has
air-conditioning.
Garden & Pool
 a nice pool (approx. 5 x 10m) with beautiful tiles
around it. From the two bedrooms on the lower floor,
and the “Annex” guests have direct access to pool and
garden.
 An old stone staircase leads up to the main entrance
of the house and its middle level, also hosting a scenic
terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. From here
one really enjoys idyllic views on the beautifully
landscaped garden and countryside surroundings.
