We are committed to provide complete and
comprehensive state-of-the-art care to the
residents of San Antonio and South Texas. Our
mission is to continually work with our fellow
physician colleagues in the management of any
vascular problems, to provide education to the
community, and to maintain our position as the
leader in vascular care.
The vascular system consists of vessels that transport
essential substances to and from the different parts
of the body. Vascular disease is a condition that
affects the arteries and/or veins. Most often,
vascular disease affects blood flow either by
blocking or weakening blood vessels or by
damaging the valves that are found in veins.

DIAGNOSING AND TREATING
VASCULAR DISEASE
Vascular ultrasound testing is non-invasive and
provides critical information necessary for the
accurate diagnosis and treatment of vascular
disease. Exams are performed in accredited
laboratories solely dedicated to vascular
ultrasound testing. Ultrasound tests are
often performed on the same day as the
doctor visit for patient convenience and
immediate physician review.
Our highly trained vascular specialists
use the latest in minimally invasive
techniques to treat blockages that exist
in the vascular system. Many of these techniques,
from angiography to endovascular interventions,
can be performed within the comfort of our offices,
in the outpatient interventional suites. Until recently,
these procedures could only be performed in
hospitals. Our suites provide a comfortable and
familiar environment for the patients.
Each patient receives a personal evaluation
and treatment plan tailored to their specific
symptoms, disease location, and other health
factors. Only when necessary will traditional surgical
As a leader in comprehensive vascular care for patients
