PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP), in conjunction with Mossberg, SKB, CZ‐USA and TriStar, are
proud to announce this exciting gun raffle program! Fill out the appropriate forms below, and we will send
you the selected shotgun/s. Raffle the tickets off to make $2,000 + and use for team activities!
EXAMPLE:
Sell $4,000.00 worth of tickets. (You select the number of tickets &
price.) o 200 tickets at $20.00 each, 400 tickets at $10.00 each…
o You are responsible for printing your own raffle tickets.
o Participating teams are responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local
laws and ordinances

fundraising activities, and will send either $2,500 OR $1,500 to the SCTP at the address listed above. The
SCTP will send that same exact amount of money to the teams endowment account at the Midway USA
Foundation!

We will make a concerted effort to raise at least $2,000.00 as a result of this fundraising activity.
We will send either $2,500 OR $1,500 to the Scholastic Clay Target Program at the address
above. We will use the remaining proceeds to promote youth shooting through our organization.
