PyroQuip modular mortar racks are designed to be
used with the A-Frame supports that were designed
and developed by PRIVATEX-PYROs.r.o. and now
modified to meet the continued development of the
most versatile mortar rack system in the world
today.
Professional firing equipment manufactures
The modular system lets you set various rack
configurations and angles including Fan, V, W,
straight up and +/-20° of vertical for canting in one
direction. All racks are UK manufactured utilise light
weight ERW steel or Stainless Steel with an integral
HDPE base that dissipates tube shock back through
the system and reduces tube bounce on firing.
Top plate includes cable tie slots for securing of
Pyroclock delay system. All ERW steel components
are galvanized finished while the Stainless Steel
retains its natural organic finish which provides
excellent corrosion prevention for the European
climate. This system allows for the mixing of various
size racks within one module matrix which holds a
maximum of 7 racks dependant on size
configuration.
With left and right hand mounting points on the AFrames, continuation of module blocks is made
simple for larger electronically fired displays and
reduces the number or required A-Frames per show.
All racks are designed with blast interruption gaps
between the tubes and rack positions to minimise
any possible adjacent mortar breach in the event of a
catastrophic shell failure within the tube.
With high and low level mortar alignment plates to
secure the tubes upright, this system together with
the wide footprint of the A-Frames is a solid, safe and
very versatile rack system that is cost effective
providing fast setup and breakdown of show sites.

lighter and stronger with the all new
composite Stainless Steel monocoque
construction full HDPE base that is light
yet virtually indestructible and has a great
property memory, so will remain straight
even after elevated expansion and
compression flexing during the firing

The upper and intermediate level plates
now utilise a double folded box thus
eliminating the need for the previous
support frame and again a weight saver.

Free standing single shot fan array with extended ground base bars which

All metal components are Stainless Steel unless otherwise stated as Powder Coated or Galvanized unless customer order negates these finish options.
All prices are ex works Salisbury, UK and exclude VAT or Delivery where applicable
Worldwide delivery can be quoted on all orders subject to export license and customs clearance
Payment Terms: Pro-forma Invoice on acceptance of all orders (terms advised at time of order acceptance)
Manufacturing lead time – Exact lead time will be advised on specific quotation request or at time of enquiry
All PyroQuip rack components are supplied with a 36 Month guarantee against workmanship failure (excludes mortar tubes, PyroDigiT & iFire products)
All specific GBP quotations are valid for 10 days from the issue date. Foreign currency quotations are only valid for 5 days from issue
All PyroQuip products are for professional use only and are used by the buyer at their own risk. PyroQuip do not accept liability for any failure that results in
the loss or part loss of any show due to equipment or product failure and or subsequent injury to any person or persons and or structures and buildings but
not restricted to a for mentioned.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in this document or revise prices at our discretion and without prior notice.
All Euro/US$ prices are subject to change at the time of order confirmation in line with standard GBP currency exchange rates in fore at the time of
invoicing. All foreign currency order s will be subject to a € 35.00 or US$ 50.00 bank charge.

will make show setup easier and quicker as well as safer. If you want a specific piece of equipment that we do not list, then please give us a call to discuss your
requirements as we are happy to manufacture one off components or small run items.
