Restaurant Chatillon. The atmospheric and cozy Paul’s Bar is ideal for a reception, where
you can invite a large number of people. The conference rooms on the ground floor can be
converted into a Grand Ballroom with a dance floor, bar and music system; perfect for an
unforgettable wedding. When the clock strikes 12 o’clock, you can spend your first night as
newly weds in our romantic Palace Suite. It should be clear: all aspects for a perfect wedding
can be accomplished under one roof with us. Together with you we will define the ideal
program where nothing is left to chance.

These locations should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the municipality
of Noordwijk. You are completely free to decorate the rest of the location according to
your own plan. The ‘wedding locations’ at the Radisson Blu Palace Hotel are only bookable
in combination with a reception, dinner and/or party.

To get a completely personal and unique cake, we would like to get you into contact
with our specialists. The quality, creativity and originality of the following pastry chef
ensures that you have the most beautiful weddingcake on the most beautiful day of
your life. Of course you are also free to approach your own pastry chef.
The pastry chefs ensure that the cake is delivered at the Radisson Blu Palace Hotel at the
right time and in the right way. Our professional service ensures that you can fully enjoy a
nice presentation and they can also assist with cutting the cake. For this, ‘dish money’ of
€ 2,50 p.p. will be charged.

“DINNER”
Socializing with friends and family while enjoying a lovely dinner. Dishes that you like and that
fit the season; whatever your preference is, our chef provides a creative interpretation of the
course menu with your needs as a starting point. Naturally we are happy to cater for any
dietary requirements.
A 3-course dinner is possible from € 35,00, 4-course from € 45,00 and 5-course from
€ 55,00 per person (excluding drinks). You can also opt for a buffet dinner from € 37,50 per
person (excluding drinks).
Of course, you can order a wine arrangement with your menu. The cotst are between
€ 17,50 for 3 courses and € 27,50 for 5 courses.
Ater dinner, we will serve coffee or tea and sweets for € 4,95 per person.
To make your dinner even more personal, we can create menu cards for on the tables for
€ 3,50 per card or we can place namecards for € 2,50 per card.

“PRIVATE DINING”
Your dinner can take place at different locations. One possibility is the exclusive rental of
Restaurant Chatillon. Here you can dine privatly with up to 50 people.
Restaurant Chatillon is a quirky restaurant for food lovers and is located on the ground floor
of the hotel. It has a classic look. The open kitchen allows you to watch our kitchen staff
while preparing your meals.
The tables will be covered with white linen and decorated to your liking.
The required guarantee sales for exclusive rental of Restaurant Chatillon is € 1.850,00.
You can also choose to have your dinner in one of our conference rooms. These rooms also
lend themself very well to be fully transformed according to your personal wishes.

“PARTY TIME”
Do you like simplicity or do you want an extravagant party? A trendy lounge party or maybe
a classic dinner dansant? The Radisson Blu Palace Hotel can organize everything for you in
(for example) our Jan de Raad Ballroom, Paul’s Bar and Brasserie & Lounge Circles.
We would like to plan a sparkling celebration with you, that is tailored to your needs. This
way you can enjoy delicious meals and in between have a swing on the dance floor.
During the evening, we serve various snacks or serve a tasting from a buffet; there are
countless possibilities!
We are happy to help you with the implementation of appropriate entertainment; from a
swinging band to a jazzy singer or a DJ that blows away all your guests on the dance floor.
Of course we can help you with your wishes regarding a stage, dance floor and decoration.
We would like to assemble an inquiry, tailored to your needs.

“HONEYMOON PACKAGE”
Take some time to relax at the end of your special day. A chilled bottle of fine champagne
and some homemade chocolats awaits for you in the Palace Suite. The next morning, you’ll
enjoy a luxurious breakfast in bed. At last you can relax at the Wellness Center, equipped
with jet stream swimmingpool, sauna, individual whirlpools and a Turkish bath. Of course,
we have arranged the ‘late check-out’ package for you.
This package is offered to you when you spend a minimum of € 5.000,- at the hotel. Our gift
to you! When you spend over € 7.500,-, we will offer you both the honeymoon package as
well as the luxury transport.

On your special day, you need special transportation. Our luxury Rolls Royce Phantom.

When spending over € 5.000,- we offer you this unique transportation including chauffeur for
4 consecutive hours.*

Wedding Mr. and Mrs. van Walsum
It is with great pleasure we look back at our wedding at the Palace
Hotel.
As from the first introduction with the Palace Hotel and the staff,
we had a very good feeling about the location.
Everyone was very friendly and with every request we had, they
always offered us a possibility. They were very helpful with
regards to replenish our ideas with even better ideas. All in all
very nice to work with.
On the big day, everyhing was taking perfectly care of. Jody Lexmond, the one with whom
we have discussed everything, was present during the entire day. This gave us a very nice
feeling to know that the one that knew all ins– and outs was present in person.
We got a lot of compliments of our guests on the beautiful location, the delicious food and
drinks and the wonderful, friendly and fun operation of the Palace Hotel.
After such an exciting day it was lovely to have a relaxing night at the beautiful bridal suite. It
was nice to not have to leave the room so early and to even get a luxurious breakfast!
We want to thank the Palace Hotel once again by writing this reference.

Wedding Mr. and Mrs. Geerlings
Our wedding was to be the best day of our lives. And man, did it
become the best day of our lives! Getting married at the Palace
Hotel is fantastic! After we had our photoshoot in the early
morning, we had our entire wedding take place at the
Palace Hotel. This means including the ceremony, the reception,
dinner, party and honeymoon. It is ideal to have everything take
place at one location!
Before the big day, we have had several meetings with the staff
of the Sales department, the chef and with the F&B staff. These conversations were
extremely nice. The staff really is willing to help wherever they can and it must be said;
almost no wish is too crazy.
The day before the wedding, we paid a little visit to the Palace Hotel to check up on both
the venue for the ceremony, Paul’s Bar for the reception and the Ballroom for our party.
Everthing was already set up and we finetuned everything together.
We’ve experienced our weddingday as a dream come true. The entire day ran according to plan, largely thanks to the staff at the Palace Hotel. Jody escorted us from room
to room and stood by our side at the right time. Although there are more weddings at the
Palace Hotel, the contact was very personal and enthusiastic. The sincere empathy ensured
our wishes to be heard and no standard procedure was carried out. At the Palace Hotel
every wedding is unique.
It was very nice that during the day, there was only one contactperson for us. The
staff was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The price/quality meets a spacious
four-star status. The appetizers and dinner were delightful and the drinks were from good
quality. Our guests gave us many complements about this. The hotel is very accessible, beautiful
and
radiates class.
A few weeks after the wedding, we visited the Palace Hotel again to evaluate the day
with the sales employee. One thing is clear; Getting married at the Palace Hotel is an unforgettable experience.
Staff, and in particular: Jody, thank you again for taking care of our wedding!

“NAVIGATION”
Coming from Amsterdam / Schiphol
Follow the direction Den Haag, which is highway A4. After passing the restaurant over the
highway, remain on the right side and take the A44, direction Den Haag Center/ Leiden
West at the junction. Take turn off no. 6, Oegstgeest-Noord/ Noordwijk/ Voorhout (at the
Akzo-Nobel company). At the end of this turn off turn right. This is the N444. You will pass
the canal on your left. At the next traffic lights in Voorhout you go straight ahead. You are
approaching into Noordwijk over the Van Berckelweg to the first crossing with traffic lights.
Filter to the left and follow the signs Noordwijk-binnen / Centrum. This is the Gooweg. The
name of the road changes into Nieuwe Offemweg. Proceed until the second roundabout and
turn right. This is the Beeklaan. At the next roundabout you go straight ahead over the
Oude Zeeweg. Drive on to the Picképlein. Our hotel is on your right-hand side.
Coming from The Hague / Rotterdam
Follow the signs A12/ A13 direction Den Haag. Follow this road in the direction of
Wassenaar. This road will change into A44 direction Amsterdam. Take the turn off: Katwijk /
Noordwijk (N206). Once you are on this road take the turning Noordwijk to the right. At the
first roundabout you go straight ahead, this is the Beeklaan. The name of the road changes
after the second roundabout into: Oude Zeeweg. Drive on to the Picképlein. Our hotel is on
your right-hand side.
