While we’d love to be a part of your shindig, we don’t offer catering or delivery. Depending on
the time of day and size of the order, one possible option is to pre-order and pick-up. Please

I’d like to open a Shake Shack. Do you franchise?
It’s always nice to hear when someone wants to bring Shake Shack to a new part of the world.
Shake Shack is owned and operated by Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group. We do
not franchise, nor do we have any plans to do so in the future.
Can you ship gift cards internationally?
At this time, we can only ship gift cards within the US.
Can you deliver gift cards by email?
Our gift cards are mailed to the lucky recipient as a physical card, and can’t be sent electronically
at this time.
Who carries cash anymore? Do you accept credit cards?
Of course we do! We accept all major credit cards at all locations.
I heard the Shack gets pretty packed. Can I make reservations?
Good things come to those who wait. No reservations, just come on over when those hunger
pangs hit!
Will you marry me?
Aw shucks! We bet you say that to all the burgers…

Where can I find your nutritional info?
We pride ourselves on sourcing premium ingredients. Download our nutritional information to
learn more. For tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet, please visit the USDA’s
MyPlate website.
I have allergies. What can I eat?
Peanuts, nuts and other food allergens are present at Shake Shack. If you have a food allergy,
please refer to our allergen sheet prior to ordering and be sure to let our team know. We cook
with 100% soybean oil.
What are your gluten-free options?
We’ll gladly accommodate a gluten-free diet at each Shake Shack upon request. Just ask our staff
for assistance and they’ll be happy to help.
Here are a few suggestions for anyone with a gluten allergy:

Our buns are not gluten-free. However, any burger or flat-top dog can be ordered without
a bun.
Our ‘Shroom Burger contains breadcrumbs, so it should be avoided.
Please do not order our fries. The oils in our fryers are filtered through the same equipment
as our ‘Shroom Burgers.
Frozen custard should be ordered without the cone, and make sure to double-check the
ingredients of the "Custard of the Day" with our cashier before ordering.
These mix-ins are safe to add: featured mix-in (check first with cashier), strawberry purée,
peanut butter, chocolate toffee, marshmallow, fudge, caramel, sprinkles, cherries, banana,
almonds.
As for drinks, stay away from ordering beer, but any soft drink or glass of wine is fine.
What can someone with a soy allergy order?
The soy in our burgers is contained in our buns, Shack Sauce, cheese and ‘Shroom Burger. While
not ideal, we do offer the option to order our burger without the bun or Shack Sauce.
Unfortunately, many of our hot food items contain soy. Based on your allergy, you should not
consume our fries, cheese, bun, Shack Sauce, or the ‘Shroom Burger. You should be able to enjoy
most of our shakes and custards worry-free, though!

Is your meat halal or kosher?
The meat in our Middle East and Turkey Shacks is 100% halal, but meat in the US, UK and Russia
is not halal or kosher.
