Dear Store Manager,
I shop in your store regularly and I would like you to consider carrying some of the gluten-free products from
Schar. I prefer the Schar brand (www.schar.com) for its exceptional quality, taste, variety and safety as I know
they are all produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility. Currently I have to order Schar products online or go
to another store, but I would prefer to buy them at your store, as gluten-free products are part of my regular
shopping trips.
While some may be under the impression that a gluten-free diet is another fad, Celiac disease and gluten
intolerance affect over 15.6M Americans and a gluten-free diet is the only treatment for these conditions.
Gluten is the protein found in wheat, barley, rye and some oats and often found in mainstream breads, pasta,
cookies, crackers, cereals and flour.
I have checked off the gluten-free products from Schar that I would like to purchase at your store and
