Our cruise brings you the best of both worlds: the grandeur of the Seine together with the quiet intimacy of Napoleon’s canals. Embarkation is just below the Musée d’Orsay. Then a veritable parade of monuments: the Louvre, the Institute of France, the spires of Notre-Dame, the Ile Saint Louis before arriving at the entrance of the canal Saint Martin whose first section is an astonishing, eerily-lit tunnel which passes under the place de la Bastille. Once more in the light of day, you will discover the most romantic street in Paris... 3 miles of pure poetry. In its jade coloured water are reflected old swing bridges, halfmoon footbridges and the abundant foliage of horse-chestnut trees. The canal Saint Martin reveals a side of the city that the tourist usually doesn’t get to see. The canal climbs its way through a series of 19th century locks and some enchanting old areas of Paris, steeped in popular history until, 26 metres above the Seine, it comes up to the Villette Basin. Here you will pass the raised bridge of Crimée before arriving at the Park of la Villette where the Science Museum, the Geode and enchanting thematic gardens await you. 5 Approx. 41/2 hours duration. • Departure at 9:30am from the Musée d’Orsay, arrival at 12:15pm at the Parc de la Villette • Departure at 2:30pm from the Parc de la Villette, arrival at 5:00pm at the Musée d’Orsay Cost: Adult: 30.00, 12-25yrs: 25.00, 04-11yrs: 18.00 Please check our website for the latest pricing PARIS APARTMENTS A1 A2 A3 A4 A6 A5 A8 A9 A10 A7 A11 A12 6 Paris Apartments P er Apartment Per Night Champs-Élysées - Deluxe Large Studio A1 Champs-Élysées - Large 1 Bedroom Large Studio, very spacious and located only 200m off the world famous Champs Elysées Avenue.
