High-resolution desktop system for rapid prototyping
and direct manufacturing. Based on the principle of
photopolymerization, Aureus creates 3-D resin models with the finest CAM finish possible today (versus
Drop On Demand 3-D printers). Since the models are
built, material is preserved and build time is fast—
15 models can be produced on the Aureus in the time
it takes a 3-D printer to make just five.
Using an Ethernet interface, Aureus can be connected directly to a PC workstation or integrated into a

The latest, most advanced heated vacuum over-pressure machine available
worldwide, featuring low-frequency
generator and fully proportional computer-controlled power output.
Unlike other vacuum pressure machines,
this one contains crucible and flask in
one chamber to ensure gas is applied at
full pressure, without constriction. Full
vacuum is applied in the chamber while
inert gas is introduced into the crucible.
When casting temperature is reached,
60 PSI is exerted to produce a casting
with a very smooth surface and a
dense, compact interior. Surface and
subsurface porosity are virtually eliminated. Operation is simple: just add metal,
place perforated or solid wall flask in position
and press one button.
Both units lead the operator step-by-step through
the casting sequence. Frequency and power output
are automatically and continuously adjusted. Just before preset casting temperature is
reached, the computer begins modulating heating current with low-frequency impulses,
inductively stirring the melt. When all parameters are achieved and temperature spread is
±4°C from the set point, pouring starts automatically, followed by strong pressurization of
metal with inert gas. Complete cycle takes 3–4 min.

PUK 3s High-Precision Welding Systems
Does almost everything a laser welder can at a fraction of the cost!
PUK 3s introduces high-frequency pulse welding, in which welding impulses are overlaid
with high-frequency pulses to enhance response of the welding arc to individual alloys, particularly silver and other highly conductive alloys. Also, high-frequency pulse welding makes
it easy to control diameter of the weld and arc force. The process is applied in two ways:
high-frequency pulse mode for extra power when welding silver alloys and gap mode for a
welding arc of very small diameter and high force to weld in deep areas or at extreme angles.
PUK 3s features a particularly “soft” welding behavior that helps extend electrode life and
makes welds smooth and even. Micro mode fine-tunes welding impulses and pulse lengths
to allow microwelds of sheet only 0.10mm thick (and wire down only 0.25mm thick).
All metals or alloys that are suitable for TIG welding or laser welding are also suitable for
welding with the PUK 3s, including precious metals and their alloys as well as many types
of steel, titanium, nickel and the tin alloys used in costume jewelry.
The Mezzo stereomicroscope allows precision placement of welds by providing a crystalclear view of the tiniest welding areas. Eye-protecting filter integrated into the Mezzo is
specially designed for welding applications and gives the user’s eyes a highly dependable
safeguard while welding. Glare from the electric arc is avoided as the machine switches
automatically from a clear setting (Luminescence DIN3) to a dark setting (Obscurity DIN11).
An additional parameter offers permanent protection against UV/IR rays. The liquid-crystal
shutter used is DIN-CERTCO tested and approved for eye protection.
Both systems include stainless steel controller, Mezzo stereomicroscope, welding handpiece,
set of 10 reversible electrode tips, flat electrode pliers, cross-locking electrode tweezers,
electrode clamp, diamond disc sharpener for cleaning electrode tips, 10' gas hose and

2. PUK 3s models the distribution of welding energy so that each welding impulse results
in gentle melting and cooling of the welding material, producing strong and homogeneous welds with little or no porosity. Imitators simply turn the welding energy on and
off without modeling, producing welds of significantly lower quality.
3. PUK 3s overlays welding impulses with high-frequency oscillations, providing two
advantages over imitators: it permits fine-tuning of arc diameter and force to make
small welds in tight corners and recesses, and it promotes finer crystalline microstructure to make even more durable welds. Imitators do not offer this technology.

even welds. Others are made from inferior components, so they often wear quicker
and produce uneven welds. One requires manipulation of controlling software that
adjusts and readjusts moment of ignition to make proper welds, which is difficult.
