The property is about 20 minutes by car from Alanya. The superb 500
meter long private road looks like an avenue, which is sided by a high
wall made of natural stone and beautiful trees. It directly leads to the
main square. There you will find the main part of the mansion, the
main building and adjoining buildings, as well as the swimming pools.
The mansion is encased by a perfectly designed and neatly tended terraced garden. Adjacent to this part, below the main building, there is a
10.000 m2 large fruit garden.

Climate, location
and environment
In times of climate change and global warming, summers are getting
hotter and hotter. However, with this property you have a chance to
escape those conditions. At the altitude of about 470 m above sea level,
situated on the south side of the mountain temperatures are pleasant
throughout the whole summer.
The most beautiful time in this environment, you will have between
May, June and September and October. At night, the temperature are
moderate but during day time you will have between 25 and 29°C.
The swimming season in the Mediterranean Sea and Turkish Riviera lasts
until late November. First rainfalls can start at the end of August, but a
proper, rainy season is not typical for this area. The average temperatures
in winter is almost around 20°C.
Less than 20 minutes northeast of Alanya, the property is a perfect place
for people who enjoy privacy. Yet, the popular Turkish city of Antalya which is known for its antique and diverse culture is less than 150
kilometers away. The newly built Airport Gazipasa is situated about 80
kilometers southwest of the estate. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that in
coming years five new golf courses are planned to be built in the vicinity
which could be used for golf practice in winter.
