Package B & D deposit and final payment: $250 per person is due at registration. On July 10, 2015 a second deposit of $350 per person is required. Final

Package B & D cancellation policy: From time of booking to July 10, 2015 there is a $100 cancellation fee per person of trip cost. From July 11, 2015 to
September 24, 2015, there is a $300 cancellation fee per person of trip cost. From September 25, 2015 to November 6, 2015, there is a $600 cancellation fee
per person of trip cost. No refunds on or after November 7, 2015. In order to avoid penalties, we strongly suggest purchasing the travel protection plan (offered
through Travelex Insurance Services) to cover the non-refundable amount of your tour and offers coverage while you are traveling as well. Cost of the travel
protection plan depends on the price of the tour purchased.

Airfare, airline baggage fees, any items of a personal nature such as hotel and attractions parking fees, laundry, telephone calls, snacks, any gratuity to
travel directors, guides or bus drivers, and anything not specifically listed as included.
Travel Insurance:
In order to avoid penalties, we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance (offered through Travelex Insurance Services) to cover the non-refundable amount of
your tour. This will cover you in the event of an approved accident or illness. Cost of the travel protection plan depends on the cost of the tour purchased.

entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground handlers, food service or entertainment providers,
etc. As a result, Grueninger is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person, or of any other third party not under its control. Without limiting the foregoing, Grueninger
accepts no responsibility for any risk or resulting injury, delay, inconvenience, damage or death which results from criminal activity, weather or other acts of God, accidents, disease, epidemics or the
threat thereof, illness, the provision of inappropriate or no medical attention or access to appropriate medical attention, the demands of indoor or outdoor activities, strikes, political or civil unrest,
overbooking, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, acts of terrorism or the threat thereof, insurrection or revolt or any other event beyond its direct control.
Grueninger in its sole discretion reserves the right to decline to accept any participant as a member of these trips. Grueninger reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate any participant who
does not abide by its rules and regulations, and/or whose conduct is deemed to be such as to endanger the participant, the success of the program or the welfare of other participants, staff members
and/or third parties. In the event of such termination, the participant will be sent home at the expense of the participant and his or her parent or guardian. The manner and means of transporting the
participant home shall be determined exclusively by Grueninger. In the event of such termination, there will be no refund whatsoever. The participant is personally liable to Grueninger for any
damages caused by improper conduct. [Each participant agrees to be videotaped and/or photographed and authorizes Grueninger to use such material in any advertising in any form and releases
Grueninger from any claims for compensation based on the use of such material.]
Grueninger may cancel any trip because of insufficient enrollment or for any other reason. The terms set forth in this agreement constitute the entire agreement between participant and Grueninger.
Any amendment to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
No refunds will be made for features in the trip not utilized. The cost of replacing lost or stolen tickets is the responsibility of the passenger. If a flight or transfer by motorcoach or train is missed,
whether by weather or other conditions beyond Grueninger’s control, participant is responsible to make his or her own arrangements and to pay all charges associated therewith.
Grueninger reserves the right to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, etc. and all such increases are to be paid to
Grueninger upon notice to the tour participant of such increases.
Participant’s retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above, as well as an agreement on participant’s part to convey the contents hereof to his or
her travel companions or group members.
Arbitration: Any dispute concerning this contract, the brochure or any other advertising material concerning the trip or the trip itself must be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Indianapolis,
Indiana, pursuant to the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association then existent. In any such arbitration, substantive (but not procedural) Indiana law will apply to all issues.

final touches to the colorful floats. These floats have
been in the planning stages for over a year, and
today you’ll be one of the first to get a behind-thescenes look. Depart the Rose Bowl for the
Pasadena City College and get ready to view the
talents of the Jenks Trojan Pride Marching Band in
this year’s Tournament of Roses Bandfest. Spend
the evening at your leisure. Lunch and dinner on own.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Universal
Studios for a full day of action-packed entertainment
all in one place: thrilling theme park rides, shows

Rise and Shine … this is the day you’ve dreamed
about! Millions of people in more than 90 countries
view the spectacular Tournament of Roses Parade –
