The Jewelry Trade Center (JTC) is Thailand’s leading trade premises
for diamonds, gems and jewelry. It comprises of over 180,000
square metres of retail, office and residential space, constructed
upon 4.50 acres of land in Bangkok’s Central Business District.
The JTC is known as one of the most important trading hubs for the
supply of gems and jewelry to the international market, with more
than 300 reputable retailers and 1,500 wholesalers.

I am delighted to present to you the second edition of the JTC Recommended Stores booklet.
Inside, you will be introduced to some of our top-rated jewelry outlets, all located within the
Jewelry Trade Center (JTC) building.
The JTC houses over 300 retailers and 1,500 wholesalers, so it has been a difficult process
to select those most worthy for inclusion within this guide. The stores we have selected have
come to represent some of the best gem-set and diamond jewelry we have on offer, as well as
some of the finest and rarest loose gemstones.
I have known some of the store owners represented within this booklet for several decades
and have the highest respect and admiration for their knowledge, skills and business ethics
within their particular sectors of the gemstone and jewelry industry. Conversely, there are
some here who are new in the business, but are nonetheless extremely talented and provide
fresh approaches, designs and ideas. So take advantage of what each store has to offer in order

Mr. Jakkrit Sirirak began collecting gems when he was 8 years old, and
thus began his life-long fascination. After gaining a Bachelor’s Degree
in Gemology, a GIA Jewelry Business Principles Diploma and an AIGS
Accredited Gemologist Diploma, he then became a Lecturer of
Gemology at Burapha University. In 1994, he established A Gems,
where he continues to provide rare, high-quality gems - such as
cat’s eye chrysoberyl and colored diamonds - from such locations as
