Located at the very heart of Manchester Airport, the Radisson Blu hotel
has looked after thousands of regional, national and international meeting
delegates, business and leisure guests since opening its doors in 1998. A
purpose built event hotel, the Radisson Blu provides 27 excellent meeting
rooms varying from rooms for 8 boardroom through to the Scandinavian
suite for up to 350 delegates, 360 bedrooms in 3 categories from Standard
to Business Class and Suites, an all day restaurant and bar and Pace health
& Fitness incorporating The Beauty Lounge.
The hotel embarked on a £10 million refurbishment program starting in March
2013. The first phase, the largest of the three sees the transformation of the
hotels all day dining restaurant- Collage, the addition of a destination bar, an
improved and enhanced reception, a stunning redesign of the Business Class
rooms and suites, the addition of a Business Class Lounge with panoramic
views over the airport and the refurbishment of the meeting and event
floors all concluded by August 2013.
