foam filled hulls. Closed cell foam is applied to every cavity between the interior
floor and hull bottom for increased impact resistance, greater noise reduction
and a smoother, solid ride.

looks classy but is stain resistant, non-slip, and has a highly durable surface

state-of-the-art, 8000sqm premises in
Melbourne, Victoria. Officially opened in 2007
and incorporating all business functions

Haines Hunter have perfected the process of world class boat construction to deliver to you the ultimate laminate
layup process. The preparation begins with a mould that has been polished to a mirror finish, then a layer of the
industry’s most advanced ultra high UV resistant gelcoat made specifically to our own formula is applied.
The Vinylester resin is then sprayed in weights with roving to ensure consistency and hand rolled to give you the
smoothest, flattest finish possible. The pre-cut woven roving is added to the schedule and hand rolled, overlapping
the keel 4 times to give you the maximum weight and strength where it really matters. With a layer of Divinycell
along each side of the boat and our matrix stringer system completely encased in fibreglass, you can be sure that
your boat is supported by the strength of over 50 years experience for unparalleled strength and reliability
in marine craft design.
