offers our guests comfortable Oceanfront rooms, casual dining at our
Oceanfront restaurant with outdoor boardwalk café, and a refreshing
indoor pool.

ROOM FACILITIES
Neptune’s Restaurant has been under new ownership since March, 2009
Neptune’s Restaurant, our casual and festive oceanfront restaurant
with outdoor boardwalk café, specializes in fresh seafood and other
wonderful choices to appeal to everyone in your party. Open for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner (seasonally), and with a spectacular,
panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. Group meals and banquets
may be arranged based on the availability of your requested dates.
Full Seating Capacity:
Inside: 145 people
Outside Patio: 50 people
The full restaurant may be available for private events on select dates during the months of January,
February, March, October, November and December. A rental fee may be charged plus catering
arrangements.
Private Oceanfront Meeting Room
Although traditional style meeting space is not offered at The Oceanfront Inn, conveniently located
within Neptune’s is a section that can be closed off for private meetings and functions. This area can
be set in a variety of arrangements in order to best maximize the space, depending on your needs and
based on availability of season.

beds, unless otherwise specified. Oceanfront rooms with one king size bed can be requested, based on
availability. Handicapped accessible rooms can be requested, based on availability. All rooms include a
refrigerator, coffee-maker, iron, hairdryer, 32-inch flat-screen television, private balcony, and free access to
wireless internet. Our hotel amenities include an indoor pool and an Oceanfront restaurant with outdoor
patio. Our guests also enjoy complimentary fitness room privileges at our local YMCA.
Contract: Once a group has reserved space, a written contract will be sent outlining all the details and
policies. A signed contract must be received within 15 days to confirm the space. If a signed contract is not
received, the group space is subject to cancellation by the hotel.
Deposit: A minimum first night’s room and tax will be required at least 3 months prior to the arrival date,
depending on the dates of stay. Depending upon the lead time of the group arrival, the deposit may be due at
an earlier date or at a later date as agreed upon by both parties. The deposit must be sent in U.S. Funds made
payable to the Oceanfront Inn. The deposit amount is negotiable based upon the requirements set forth by
the tour and by mutual consent of both parties. Deposits for packages may be higher.
Cancellation Date: The entire group must be cancelled at least 1 month prior to the arrival date or by the
specified date in the written contract in order to receive a refund for the deposit. Any unrecoverable expenses
are not refundable. Individual cancellations must be received in writing no later than 72 hours prior to the
arrival date for adjustment.
Billing: All room and tax charges will be placed on the group leader’s master bill account. All incidental
charges are the responsibility of each individual room. After the rooming list has been received and processed,
a written statement of account will be sent to confirm charges. All balances are due prior to arrival or
presented at check-in by the group leader with cash, credit card or certified funds.
Package Itineraries: After the rooming list has been received and processed, an itinerary will be prepared
outlining the arrangements confirmed.
On-premise Meals: A Special Menu is available for a variety of meals. Arrangements must be made at time
of booking or no later than 2 weeks prior to the function date. All meals will be based on availability of space.
A pre-arranged time should be requested in advance and will be confirmed based on availability. If a group
prefers to have breakfast at each individual’s leisure time, then tickets can possibly be made available by
request. For plated meals, the group must choose one entrée for each group member. If the group prefers to
choose two items, then the group leader must furnish a count of each entrée at least two weeks in advance of
the function date.
Luggage Handling: The luggage handling fee is $4.00 per person, round trip. Luggage Handling should be
requested no later than two weeks prior to the arrival date. In order to expedite this procedure, we will need
to know your estimated time of arrival and departure. It is helpful if the group calls our front office at (757)
422-0445 when one hour away. On the day of departure, each guest should place their bags outside their
rooms at a pre-arranged time. A staff member will collect the bags and load the motorcoach. Please have all
luggage tagged in advance with the passenger’s name so that our staff will be able to indicate the room
number on each tag.
Parking: One parking permit will be issued for one parking space per room upon check-in. We have
complimentary motorcoach parking, based on availability. A convenient covered carport area in front of the
lobby is available for loading and unloading.
