Damoiseau Cane Rhum is crafted with fresh pressed
sugarcane juice from the French Caribbean island of
Guadeloupe. A silky smooth white rhum, it is distilled
once and rested 6 months in an oak vat before it is slowly
reduced to bottle proof with the addition of distilled
natural spring water. The character of this rhum is
unparalleled with savory aromas and tropical flavors of
the exemplary Guadeloupian style of fine Rhum Agricole

Cocktails
Agricole Daiquiri
2 oz. Damoiseau Cane Rhum
¾ oz. sugarcane syrup
1 oz. fresh lime juice
Garnish: lime wheel
Shake hard with ice and strain into
a chilled cocktail glass.
Hemingway
2 oz. Damoiseau Cane Rhum
¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. maraschino liqueur
Garnish: lime wheel and/or cherry
Shake with ice and strain into a
chilled cocktail coupe
French Riviera
Ti’ Punch
2 oz. Damoiseau Cane Rhum
1 ½ oz. Damoiseau Cane Rhum
½ oz. Benedictine
1 bar spoon sugarcane syrup
½ oz. dry vermouth
1 lime disc (silver dollar-size twist
cut off the edge of a lime to capture
a little pulp and zest)
Garnish: orange zest
Stir and strain into an oldfashioned glass with one large ice
sphere; or strain into a chilled oldfashioned glass
Add sugarcane syrup and squeeze
lime to extract as much lime oil and
juice as possible. Add Damoiseau
Cane Rhum, ice, and swizzle with a
swizzle stick or bar spoon
