Damoiseau Cane Rhum ¾ oz. sugarcane syrup 1 oz. fresh lime juice Garnish: lime wheel Shake hard with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Hemingway 2 oz. Damoiseau Cane Rhum ¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice ½ oz. fresh lime juice ½ oz. maraschino liqueur Garnish: lime wheel and/or cherry Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe French Riviera Ti’ Punch 2 oz.
