To create a halo effect around the eye, apply the Ultra Long-lasting Cream Eyeshadow 12h Waterproof to the eyelid using the applicator. Then, blend with
your finger. For a more intense look, trace a line at the base of your eyelashes using the precision tip. To improve the wear of your powder eyeshadow
and create luminous effects on your eyelid, apply Ultra Long-lasting Cream Eyeshadow 12h Waterproof in Nude as a base and allow to dry before
finishing with either a Single or Duo Eyeshadow.
