Qigong is used to build and harmonize this energy within our bodies. There are many different types of Qigong and most are simple to perform. We align our breath with slow, repeated movements and then pay attention to the exercise. Balance, metabolism and circulation are all impacted significantly. Energy levels are tonified, yet the mind calms and muscles relax. With regular practice, sleep improves as stress and anxiety diminish.
