There are many different types of Qigong and most
are simple to perform. We align our breath with slow,
repeated movements and then pay attention to the
exercise. Balance, metabolism and circulation are all
impacted significantly. Energy levels are tonified, yet
the mind calms and muscles relax. With regular practice, sleep improves as stress and anxiety diminish. The
Yin and Yang aspects of our lives are strengthened and
harmonized, and we develop a real appreciation for
the blessings of everyday life.

Personal Branding Workshop
When you’re job searching or simply trying to get your
name out in person or online, you have to tell others
what you’re about. An elevator speech is one approach
to state a focused summary of who you are and what
you have to offer. A personal brand takes it to the next
level and gives you a competitive advantage. Stand
out among the crowd. Learn how to brand yourself
with Thorsten Hoins, serial entrepreneur. Mr. Hoins
