APPLICATION
BASIC INFORMATION
When Does Camp Start & End?
• Registration will begin at 3:00 P.M. on Monday of the Camp.
• Camp ends on Saturday Morning. Everyone is encouraged to be packed up and leaving the campground by
11:00 A.M.
How Much Does Camp Cost?
• The cost for Mega Camp is $150.00.
• If there are 2 students attending VDYM Mega Camp from the same family the cost will be reduced to $125.00
per student.
• If there are 3 or more students attending VDYM Mega Camp from the same family the cost will be reduced to
$100.00 per student.
• Registrations can be mailed or brought to the campground. The preferred method of payment is online
@VDYM.org
What Should I Bring?
• Bible
• Sheets, Blanket, or Sleeping Bag; Pillow; Towels; Wash Cloths
• Toiltries i.e. (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
• Athletic clothes, tennis shoes, etc.
• Money for concessions

Parental Consent
I understand that: (1) I will be held responsible for the cost of any damage caused by my camper; and (2) I will be
responsible to provide transportation home if my camper is dismissed early for misbehavior. I have read the camp
rules and will support the Virginia District UPCI Youth Department in enforcing these rules. I have read and signed the
Guidelines, Policies, Consent and Release forms and hereby reaffirm of VA District UPCI, their agents and
representatives (including camp staff) from all liability thereof and claims arising out of my campers’ attending and/or
participating in camp. I further understand that from time to time VA UPCI promotions and other campers may take
photographs or films during camp activities and that such photographs may appear in various promotional materials,
newsletters, websites, advertisements, or presentations, therefore I consent to the use thereof.
I have carefully read and understand he above provisions and agree to them.
