SecureNet for
Security Dealers
Comprehensive Software Solutions
The SmartTech Dealer Portal lets you create and activate
new customer accounts in less than a minute.
SmartTech directly integrates into your Central Station
allowing you to manage and administer your interactive
accounts in real-time from your office or on-site.
The SmartTech App gives technicians remote ability
to access and manage accounts. The technician can
place zones or entire systems on test, add gateways,
as well as manage accounts, service plans, alarm
responses, contacts, panel codes, account history, system
configurations and more.
The Fastest Interactive Security and Home
Control Solution on the Market
SecureNet provides a secure, managed, communication path between your
customers premises and the Central Monitoring Station. Unlike traditional
alarm transport, the SecureNet Platform eliminates signal relay via a
Clearinghouse or Network Operations Center (NOC). SecureNet provides a
direct “always-on” path, resulting in a faster and more reliable connection.
Secure Communication
SecureNet’s alarm communication utilizes the latest AES encryption
technology, while the connection remains continually supervised. Your
customers and Central Monitoring Station are notified immediately if there
is an interruption to the security system such as panel tamper, loss of power
or battery backup, or loss of connectivity. Alarm communication is delivered
via IP, Cellular (GSM/CDMA) or both with full redundancy as an option.
Instant Response with Real-time Feedback
The SecureNet platform maintains a permanent, direct connection to your
home. This enables instant control and feedback, avoiding frustrating delays.
If someone manually locks or unlocks a door, or turns a light on or off, it will
update the status to your customer’s device, even if they are on the other
side of the world.
The SmartLink App and Web Portal give end-users
complete control over their security system, lights, locks,
thermostats and other connected devices.
Video Monitoring allows users to watch and record live
footage as they remotely control devices. Users can also
trigger Scenes to automate security, thermostat and
Z-Wave devices based on events or time schedules.

SecureNet + Resolution Products for
Security Dealers
Add Full Interactive Services to
your aging 2G Accounts
Resolution’s Interactive Gateway
Modules (IGMs) “take over“ existing
security panels without the need to
swap out the panel, wiring or sensors.
This is an extremely cost-effective
way to upgrade old 2G accounts,
adding additional functionality for the
customer, and additional potential
revenue streams for you.
Lower Installation Costs with the Helix
The Resolution Products Helix Panel dramatically cuts installation costs due
to it’s wireless architecture. Designed to run from SmartLink, the keypad-less
Helix is controlled via the user’s Smart Device or Computer (with wireless
keypads available). This flexibility allows you to place the Helix in a discreet
location, anywhere in the home.
Installing an IGM, enables SecureNet’s full interactive security
and home control capabilities. Your customer can then
control security, video, lights, locks, thermostats and other
connected devices, via their smartphone, tablet or computer.
IP, Wi-Fi, CDMA and GSM Interactive Gateway Modules are
available, each with a built in toggle switch for compatibility
with multiple panel models. This flexibility minimizes your
inventory as technicians can easily select which panel the
IGM is being installed on.
Panels include DSC® PowerSeries™, Honeywell® Vista™,
GE® Interlogix Simon XT®, Simon XTi®, Concord® and NX®.
Swap the Panel, keep the Sensors
Resolution’s range of Translators allow you to mix sensors
with alarm panels from different manufacturers. This makes
upgrades easy, allowing you to keep existing sensors and
wiring in place when upgrading the alarm panel.
The Helix has customizable expansion card options for Wi-Fi, GSM or CDMA cellular
connections, Z-Wave and translators. It also includes Ethernet as a standard, a
crystal-based 422Mhz security sensor receiver and an industry first Bluetooth 4.1
LE connection for local device control.
Taking advantage of Resolution’s range of wireless sensors, the Helix has
a maximum range of 1500 feet open-air. This is twice that of professional
systems and many times more than most DIY systems on the market.
Panels and sensors include GE® Interlogix, 2GiG®, DSC®, and
Honeywell®, plus Napco® and Hardwired sensors.
