for the spa’s four indoor treatment rooms, featuring floor to

guests closer to nature. An additional five treatment pavilions,
two of which are open-air, are surrounded by beautiful ponds
filled with water lilies, providing a feeling of floating on water
to evoke a sense of healing and calmness. The water theme
continues through to the relaxation area, which is surrounded
by reflective pools and features suspended chairs to enhance
the post-treatment renewal. The gentle sound of flowing water

Matthew Kenney Culinary offers Asia’s first classically structured
plant-based culinary academy. Featuring Matthew Kenney’s culinary
training program in plant-based raw foods cuisine, the new culinary
academy offers month-long courses as well as weekday and weekend
workshops. Students are provided accommodations with an exclusive
enrollment package. Matthew Kenney has introduced several cooked
elements into his innovative raw offering to add new layers in the art of
preparing plant-based cuisine. A new expansion on our Fundamentals
of Raw Cuisine course, daily sessions feature hands-on training
and may include lectures, guest speakers and chefs, tastings and
other unique and valuable forms of instruction. Each course includes
both written and practical exercises to challenge and test students’
progress. Each course highlights the seasonal produce of Thailand as
well as many ingredients grown on-site at the garden.
