• Diameter 350 mm. Segmented blade 350x10x2.6mm.
• Diameter 400 mm. Segmented blade 400x10x2.8mm.
OBSERVATIONS: Available in all diameters with the following versions: 1. Standard soul.
2. Silent sandwich soul
3. Reinforced soul for bezel cutting
The standard diameter is 60 mm, but it can be provided any size of internal diameter. RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONDITIONS CONDITIONS: -‐ A cutting speed of 0.7-‐0.9 m/min is recommended for all diameters. When frequency converter is available, 2400-‐2600 rpm are recommended for 300 mm diameter blade, 2100-‐2300 rpm for 350 mm and 1800-‐2000 rpm for 400 mm. -‐ If there is no frequency converter it is necessary to adjust the speed depending on the type of machine or change the blade diameter to achieve optimal cutting quality. -‐For large diameter blades (larger than 400 mm), take precaution with their vibration. In this case, lock washers are recommended. -‐ High volumes of cooling water pointing in the direction of the blade are necessary. OBSERVATIONS g ives a v ery h igh quality cutting result. -‐ This tool PRIOR TO STARTING WORK -‐The blade s hould be in good condition. The cutting table should be solid and robust. OBSERVATIONS:
- Adhesive only for INDOOR applications. Leave to polymerise for at least 30
minutes.
RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONDITIONS
PRIOR TO WORK
- Grind first the surfaces to be glued with the diamond disk until fully flat.
- Check that the glued surfaces are totally clean, dry and roughened before sticking.
- Surface and adhesive should both be at room temperature.
- For a deck seam, apply masking tape on each side of the seam, back about 1.5mm from the joint
(build up 2 to 3 layers of tape).
APPLICATION
- Remove the claps from the cartridge and put the cartridge in the gun. Work the grip until material
emerges from both openings.
- Attach mixing tip to cartridge and dispense.
- Discard the first 5-10 cm to ensure hardener is present in mixture.
- Apply adhesive on the surface to be bonded. Clamp the surfaces together making sure to leave some
adhesive in the joint. A gap of 1 mm or more will provide improved flexural and impact strength. Stick
both pieces with the mixture and apply pressure for at least 30 minutes at 20-25°C for its polymerization.
The adhesive is workable during the first 5-7 minutes.
- The hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold.
- For deck seam: after the product has cured (30 minutes) it can be scraped flush with a razor blade.
- For mitre: after the product has cured (30 minutes), the seam can be polished to enhance the color
and smooth the surface.

OBSERVATIONS: -‐ If nothing is indicated after a Dekton color, equivalencies can be used for mitre joints and deck seams. -‐Mastic only for INDOOR applications
. Leave to polymerise for at least 30 minutes. RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONDITIONS Prior to work -‐ Grind first the surfaces to be stuck with the diamond disk until fully flat. that the surfaces are totally clean and dry before sticking. -‐Check -‐ S urface and adhesive should both be at room temperature.. -‐ For a deck seam, apply masking tape on each side of the seam, back about 1.5mm from the joint (build 3 l ayers o f tape). up 2 t o Application -‐ Attach mixing tip to cartridge and dispense. -‐ Discard the first 5-‐10 ml to ensure Activator is present in mixture. Remember to purge with the cartridge pointing up. -‐ Apply a bead to the surfaces to be bonded. Clamp the surfaces together making sure to leave some adhesive in the joint. A gap of 1 mm or more will provide improved flexural and impact strength. Stick both pieces with the mixture and apply pressure for at least 30 minutes at 20-‐25°C for its polymerization. The adhesive is manageable during the first 10-‐15 minutes. -‐ For deck seam: after the bead has cured (30 minutes) it can be scraped flush with a razor blade. -‐ For mitre: after the bead has cured (30 minutes), the seam can be polished to enhance the color and smooth the surface. RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO WORK -‐ Grind first the surfaces to be glued with the diamond disk until fully flat. -‐ Check that the glued surfaces are totally clean, dry and roughened before sticking. -‐ Surface and adhesive should both be at room temperature. -‐ For a d eck s eam, a pply masking tape on each side of the seam, back about 1.5mm from the joint (build up 2 to 3 layers of tape). APLICACIÓN -‐ EPODEK is a two component epoxy adhesive supplied in self-‐dosable cartridge, which requires no special tool. It can be easily applied with universal silicone gun. -‐ Discard the first 5-‐10 cm to ensure hardener is present in mixture. -‐ Apply adhesive on the surface to be bonded. Clamp the surfaces together making sure to leave some adhesive in the joint. A gap of 1 mm or more will provide improved flexural and impact strength. Stick both pieces with the mixture and apply pressure for at least 30 minutes at 20-‐25°C for its polymerization. -‐ The hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold. If you have infrared lamp oriented to the joint with EPODEK, it will significantly accelerates the drying time. -‐ For deck seam: after the product has cured (60 minutes) it can be scraped flush with a razor blade. -‐ For mitre: after the product has cured (60 minutes), the seam can be polished to enhance the color and smooth the surface.
