History of the Podiatry Program n n n n Established in 1997, the program received accreditation from the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a PSR-24 In 2000, the program was approved as a PSR 24, allowing residents to train for 36 months In 2001, the program was approved to train 3 residents for each training year Program will be seeking reclassification as a PM&S 36 in 2007 Click to Continue.
