I absolutely cannot say enough about the property. The rooms are
huge and comfortable; the restaurant service and food awesome; the
poolside service attentive and friendly, the concierge and head of PR
helpful; the front desk accommodating; the beach club VIP area is

This was my first trip to the Marival Residences but the 6th to Mexico…
This was by FAR the best resort I’ve ever been to…the rooms and food were incredible.
The staff was awesome, as well as the excursions. We will definitely be back!

Angel Carbajal and Masayuki Niikura who opened their first Nicksan in Cabo in 1994, have created amazing congruencies between
Mexican and Japanese flavors in signature dishes, both hot and cold. Nicksan transcends boundaries by importing authentic Japanese
products and fusing them with local Mexican ingredients. Tickle your taste buds with delicacies such as sashimi tuna served with a bit of
mango and a dash of chili. You will want to arrive with an appetite so you can spend time experimenting with intriguing flavors. Open for
late lunch and dinner, Nicksan is a marvelous addition to the Residences Plaza.
DSTOCK GOURMET
The smell of fresh homemade bread welcomes you as you enter the air-conditioned Dstock Deli in the Residences Plaza. For those
