WEDDING CEREMONIES
For those who are not planning a formal ceremony, Gregor’s offers a
lovely, private outdoor setting for your walk down the aisle to your
romantic garden ceremony.
Our indoor floral chapel area offers a “weather-proof” setting for your ceremony any
month of the year (and a back-up plan for your garden ceremony…just in case!)
You may arrange your own officiant or we can refer a civil or religious
officiant for you.
Gregor’s will personally help guide and coordinate you and the bridal party. We
have over twenty years of ceremony and reception experience to ease your mind.
You may hire a musician or we can provide a complimentary outdoor sound system
for your processional.
Optional chairs are available outdoors at $1.00 each. Chairs for indoor
ceremonies are complimentary.
We can accommodate all of your ceremony guests, indoors or out.
A rehearsal is not required but may be arranged during the week, if you so desire.
A private, well-appointed Bridal Suite pampers and secludes the bride while the
guests and groom arrive before the ceremony.
BONUS
There is no additional charge for your ceremony when your reception is held here!
(and we only hold one reception here per day)

LIGHT & SOUND SYSTEM
$400
Good music is an important ingredient in the success of your wedding or party.
We proudly offer you our professional DJ and state-of-the-art quadraphonic surround
Sound System. This full service package starts with soft background music during the
Cocktail and Dinner Hour. We encourage you to choose your formal dances and some
special songs in advance. You’ll have an opportunity to discuss your likes and dislikes a
couple months before. Then our DJ will play requests from you and your guests throughout
the evening, mixing up a variety of the best tunes from yesterday and today.
BONUS
You receive another hour with our DJ and System free
when you purchase an additional hour of bar.

POLICIES
A deposit is required to guarantee the date for your event.
• All wedding receptions require a $400 deposit.
• Showers require a $100 deposit.
• All other parties and banquets require a $200 deposit.
Deposits made will be cheerfully refunded in the event of a cancellation,
provided we are able to re-book the date with a similar size party.
The Final Count of guests attending is due one week prior.
Liquor cannot be brought into banquets from outside sources.
Gregor’s Garden Grove, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Prices do not include 18% service charge or NYS sales tax.
Pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed and guaranteed at the time of
booking with a deposit.
Full payment shall be made by, or before, the day of the function with a cashier’s
check, cash or money order only. No personal checks or credit cards.
