General Information
Drop Shipping
Remakes
Drop shipping information can easily be entered
into our automated ordering programs. The order
will be shipped to the drop ship address. All lab
paperwork and invoices will be mailed to you.
If using drop shipping, you must provide the
complete address and phone number. Drop
shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. The order
must be paid for before leaving the lab. Drop
shipments are $3.75 for Ground plus normal
shipping charges.
If there is an error in or damage to your order,
please call Customer Service so the order may
be corrected or replaced. Have the order
number ready and provide as much information
as possible regarding the remake. If necessary,
we may ask that your return the damaged
product(s) to provide a comparison for accurate
correction. Remakes will only be done for the
same finishing services and from the original
files submitted in the original order. Remake
orders will be shipped the same method as the
original order. If you wish to make modifications
to the files or services, you will need to place a
new order at your cost.
Shipping Damages
Every order is packaged carefully, but damages
do occur on occasions. If you receive a damaged
shipment, do not refuse the shipment. Retain all
packing materials for the shipper’s inspection and
immediately contact us for instructions on how to
proceed with a claim and to get a remake order
started. Since shipping damage is outside of
our control, we are only responsible for replacing
the product at a normal production time. You are
responsible for any rush charges or expedited
freight expense.
Minimum Order
Minimum order charge is 12.50.
Rush Service
Rush service is available. The 100% Rush charge
is charged at the regular price of the service plus
100%. Rush charges will be applied to all services
required to complete the order. Please be sure to
request this service on the Review Order Screen.
Rush orders will be shipped the next business day.

Any labor not mentioned in this guide is $35 per
hour (including production work, clerical work,
etc.).
Changes or Cancellation

Following these simple steps will
allow you to achieve the monitor
to print match that all
photographers desire. However,
there are some basic controls that should be put
into place as you go through this procedure. We
have provided some tips below that will help to
put you on the right path to success.
Critical to proper color display is to ensure
that you are in the proper color space, which
is sRGB. Below are the basic instructions to
set this value in Photoshop CSx:

your viewing environment, as consistent lighting
and color temperature are a must for the

during the course of the day and will affect

best, but if you are in an environment with

characteristics to be excellent on
MacBook Pro and iMac. While the Eizo can be
considered the gold standard in monitors (along
with a hefty price tag), we see excellent results
from NEC, Dell, and LaCie as well. Good
research is helpful when shopping for a monitor,
as pricing can range from $700 to over $2,500,
depending upon features.

School & Sports Services
Our School & Events service is designed for
photographers whose assignments require the
flexibility of multiple package offerings on an a la carte
basis. This program works well for undergrads, proms,
dances, reunions, and sports where package choice
and configuration to your client is necessary. Unit
pricing is based on images captured throughout an
event. Group photography should be kept separate
from individuals due to exposure variations that
would likely have a negative effect on quality. Outside
events will usually require individual file correction.
ROES Software
ROES is an easy-to-use,
cross-platform ordering solution for our
most popular products and
services.
The ROES software is very easy to
launch and install, and will automatically update with
any new products and services we add.
Using the software is simple: select a folder of images,
select a product you want to order, and drag the image
you want into the product in the middle. Finishing
services can be ordered on a per print basis.

CamLynx
CamLynx is an on-site capture and data collection
system that uses a professional digital camera to
produce items for events, school, and sports
photography. Use of CamLynx software requires
advance purchase of a CamLynx license.
DRUMS
DRUMS is the ultimate undergrad image
management software. This software will
streamline your undergrad workflow; keep better tabs
on your undergrad jobs; and create reports, service
items, and CDs for your lab, schools, and yearbook
companies.
Within DRUMS, you can create mug books, yearbook
proof pages, administrative image CDs, yearbook
CDs, PIMS CDs, and general reporting and image
management to help run your
business more efficiently.
Color Correction
Most school and events indoor photography
utilizes fixed lighting and camera settings
resulting in consistent exposure throughout the photo
session. These jobs qualify for Global Correction
analyzing. Our color correction experts will check
for exposure and lighting consistency and, if the job
qualifies, they will sample a series of images and
assign the color values and exposure that give the
optimum print and assign these values to the entire
job. If you have multiple cameras, please note this in
your instructions so each camera can be analyzed
independently. Sports photography requires individual
color correction due to the typical lighting and exposure variations. It is recommended that all outdoor
photography and any jobs not qualifying for Global
Correction be submitted requesting individual
analyzing of each image file. There is an additional
charge for this service.

Green Screen Photography
As school photographers embark on the
challenges of green screen photography to offer
more variety in their product line, we are ready to
help. It is important to select the correct shade of
background and light the subject and background
effectively. A brief period of testing with your
selected background and lighting is essential to
success. Once testing is completed, we offer a
massive library of backgrounds to choose from.
