"My family and I had a great experience here, the processing of renting the home was very easy, we rented 3 houses side by side, the location is great near to
disney and near to I-4 that takes you to orlando, universal parks and busch gardens the house very comfortable they even left us chocolates and a note
welcoming us that was very nice everything was very easy entering to emerald resort getting there we would definitely rent that house again and are going to
recommend it to our friends, maybe the only thing you should have a bigger table at the kitchen we never used the one on the dinning room it was too formal
and we were on vacations hahaha thanks great service"

everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, stress free stay, on the doorstep of the Disney parks. With flat screen TVs in every bedroom, a PS3 with
games, Free WiFi, a well-equipped games room, and the large heated pool, there is plenty to keep the children (young or old!) fully entertained. ABOUT
EMERALD ISLAND RESORT Emerald Island Resort provides a grand and picturesque backdrop for your stay. Surrounded by lush vegetation with its own nature
walk, contained in an 11 acre woodland. The 24/7 manned security gate is approached via a grand palm-lined land bridge flanked by two lakes with fountains.
Beyond this is a fabulous colonnade and dolphin fountain which really sets the scene for this “hidden” resort community. It is hard to believe that you are only 4

Facilities
Family Room
A large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling, wrap around sofa and French doors to the pool and deck. The
family room is open plan to the kitchen, nook and dining room. It is the ideal area to relax and watch our large screen
TV with DVD player and cable TV. A Play Station with a selection of games is also provided for your entertainment. The
sound system comes complete with an IPod docking station so you can listen to your favourite albums and playlists.
Living Room
Adjacent to the Dining Room, the living room, provides a peaceful place to unwind. The two comfortable sofas and
pleasant décor make this a quiet haven. One of the sofas is also a queen sized bed giving you more flexibility during
your stay if required.
Kitchen
Our modern kitchen is newly equipped with everything you will need to prepare great meals ranging from a light
breakfast or lunch to a full on breakfast or evening meal. It includes a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer
with built in ice-maker and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware you are likely to need.
Kitchen Nook
Over-looking the pool through the second set of French doors, is an informal dining area with a circular table and 6
chairs. The French doors lead to the covered lanai and pool area.
Laundry
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and storage shelves.
Dining Room
Located next to the kitchen and family room our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for 8 people.
First Master Suite
A fabulous first floor room with a huge sumptuous king size bed, with its own private entrance to the pool and covered
lanai – perfect for those early morning or late night swims. The room has its own TV, large walk in closet and fantastic
en-suite bathroom with “his and hers” basins, large corner tub and wonderful walk-in shower.
Second Master Suite
Another beautifully decorated king suite room with TV and ceiling fan. It has a closet and private en-suite - so no
waiting in line for the bathroom in the mornings!
Two Queen Bedrooms
Two newly furnished and beautifully appointed queen sized rooms, each with closet and private en-suite (no lines here
either in the morning!) they too have their own TVs and provide the perfect sanctuary after a long day on the golf
course or in the parks.
Two Themed Bedrooms
Two great twin rooms in either a “Spiderman” or “Tinkerbell” theme and are sure to be a real hit with younger guests.
Each have their own TV and closet and they share a convenient bathroom between them.
Games Room
There is always something to do in Magic Villa especially in the great games room in the garage area. Including a Pool
Table, Foosball, ping-pong, darts and card games. You should always find something to amuse yourself and younger
guests!
Pool & Spa
Relax and enjoy a cool drink by the pool or refresh yourself after a long day at the park, in our heated Jacuzzi spa or
simply relax on one of the loungers and start that book you’ve always wanted to read. The huge covered lanai offers
some welcome shade with ceiling fans for your additional comfort and plenty of loungers, before leading you to the
South West facing, covered and extended pool deck. There is also a BBQ for “alfresco” dining.
