O
ur beloved Sunny passed away October 9th, 2013 at the age of 91. As the driving force
behind the creation of Crescent-Westwood Jewelers in 1946 (renamed Sarah Leonard Fine
Jewelers in 1998) she will always be remembered for her infectious smile and sparkling personality.
She and husband Lenny were inducted into the National Jeweler’s Hall of Fame and have served
as mentors and inspiration to so many. She leaves behind her adoring husband of 67 years, Lenny,
five children including spouses, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Sunny taught
the power of a smile, the reward of ambition and hard work, and to make a friend wherever you go.
Everyone is richer for having known her and she will be greatly missed.
