Dear President Jalal Talabani,
Greetings in the name of our Almighty GOD, our Creator. . . Praise GOD for HIS
Divine and Everlasting Provision!
We, the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services (“HMF”), would like
to inform you that Mr. Martin Eddy Hornido Tirwatadinata, the SOLE SIGNATORY of
significant depository assets that were lodged in your country is STILL ALIVE. He is the
Founder and World Chairman of the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian
Services, which originated from Indonesia and was structured as a Worldwide
Humanitarian FUNDING Institution.
We would like to COLLABORATE with the Government of Iraq in the establishment
of the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services IRAQ, to serve as
the beneficiary of these collateral assets that will remain as perpetual deposit in
Iraq’s Banking System. In this COLLABORATION, Mr. Martin Eddy Hornido
Tirwatadinata will confirm the people of Iraq as the beneficiary of all the generated
interest and profits that will trickle down through the FUNDING of projects of H. MARTIN
FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services IRAQ. These collateral accounts shall
not be withdrawn from but rather manage in cooperation with the Government of Iraq to
generate everlasting FUNDING for the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East
Humanitarian Services IRAQ’s Programs and Projects.
Attached is the DOCTRINE Outline for the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION by the Founder
which clearly states that “The funding of the Foundation’s projects shall be self-generated
from its own Principal fund, which shall not be withdrawn from, and rather shall
remain as perpetual deposit in the world’s banking system. This shall be done
through a separate Trust Fund, the ‘H. Martin Trust’, which the Foundation shall organize
and shall be the recipient of perpetual funding from the Foundation in the form of
endowment, managed in a very harmonious manner, to generate everlasting funding for
the Foundation’s projects worldwide.” (Doctrine no.5)
The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services have the over-all GODGIVEN GLOBAL PROGRAM how this will be done, to help the people of Iraq and the
people all over the world attain “Life in its Fullness”. Some of the Programs and Projects

Free Childcare and Before / After School Programs, and Complete Scholarship
Programs (http://www.youtube.com/user/TheHMARTINFOUNDATION), which will serve
as part of the benefits of the people working on the projects.
The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION would like to initially FUND and implement the above
programs in your country to create jobs and provide services in COLLABORATION
with the Government of Iraq, from the National to the Local Government and existing
Charitable Organizations and Humanitarian Agencies in Iraq.

Please DO NOT be intimidated and DO NOT cooperate with any entity that will
proclaim supremacy and control over Mr. Martin Eddy Hornido Tirwatadinata’s
collateral assets in your country. The Founder and I would like to request you to
announce to the world where we also have these collateral assets globally in more
than one hundred countries to do the same and NOT to cooperate because those
people claiming authority over these assets will just use it for their own selfish
agenda. Please introduce the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION to the people of Iraq and
the people of the world for them to “CLAMOR” for PEACE and the establishment of
H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services in their country (HMF
plus (+) the name of their country), to attain WORLD PEACE and PROSPERITY for
everyone.
The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services is ready to back-up
our global collateral assets in the different countries of the world with our physical
assets (GOLD, some already in the banks as well as PLATINUM, DIAMONDS,
precious GEMSTONES, etc.) in the event of a global financial collapse.
